The La Sabina residential complex has just been completed in 2024 is decorated to a very high standard, it is overlooking the beautiful Casares beach and sea as well as the mountain panorama inland. It consists of 6 blocks and 60 apartments, 2 swimming pools and a clubhouse (opening late 2024).

The apartment is on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms,  an open plan living/dining area that walks onto a large terrace, with integrated ultra modern kitchen, and private parking.

On the grounds there are many green areas, a clubhouse opening soon and two swimming pools, one of which is exclusively for children. The complex fits perfectly into its surroundings and stands out for its great location with views of the pool and sea which you can admire from your own terrace.

Its only 2 kilometres to the stunning beach and close to the luxury 5 star hotel Finca Cortesin & Golf, home to the Ryder Cup, as well as 4 golf courses in the approximate area. 


A very sunny and spacious property , it is over 80 sq. meters plus a large terrace. The partly covered large terrace overlooks the top pool, with comfy sofas, sunbeds and al fresco dining for 4 people, From this terrace you have ample space for sunbathing, and entertaining. It is South facing so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon. 

The apartment sleeps 4 adults, has 2 bedrooms and en-suite 2 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. All are very large and furnished to an exceptional standard with have ample wardrobe space. 

The large brand new kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a separate area for the washing machine.

The apartment is in a lovely quiet complex overlooking the sea, with lovely gardens as well as a two swimming pools and is on a quiet street.

The apartment enjoys full air conditioning and heating.  The smart TV is 55’. We also have high speed WiFi installed in the property. Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level ( we have our own underground parking ) straight up to the apartment so it is suitable for guests with limited mobility as well.  

Please note: There are cameras but these are covered and disabled when we have guests.


A few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Casares and Estepona which has many restaurants and cafes. Duquesa port is only 5 minutes away. 

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes. We recommend a car for this property as it is on a hill, although there are a few beach restaurants bars nearby which are only a 10 minute walk away.
