This luxury beachfront penthouse is now completely refurbished. Also, we have decorated it to the highest of standards. The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can sleep 6 adults plus an extra person on the sofa bed in master bedroom if desired. Also, the kitchen is newly fitted.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom which has a king size bed and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a further bed. Also, this bedroon has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size double bed and its own tiled Moroccan bathroom. This bedroom is on the top floor with direct access to the roof terrace.


Facilities

The brand new kitchen has all high end appliances. This includes a dishwasher, a washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. We have a large 60″ curved smart HD TV. This connects to an international satellite with over 1000 channels. Additionally, it has movie channel. TV Series box sets, as well as Apple TV for Netflix users. There is Fibre Optic internet connectivity and a WiFi router.

Additionally, the building has its own roof top pool & tennis court. These are for the exclusive use of owners and guests. Please note we don’t heat the pool in winter. There is a fully decorated 100 square meter roof terrace. This boasts a hot tub, a shower, a dining area, and an exterior sink & fridge.

You can dine al fresco on the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing views. Enjoy the outdoors and relax in the hot tub. The terrace is beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and it has a lounge area for 10 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family.

Finally, the building has its own an underground car park. We include a parking space in the rental should you decide to rent a car.


Location

Our luxury beachfront penthouse is in the heart of Estepona old town. It has stunning sea views over the Mediterranean & towards Morocco. Also, as it is only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you do not need a car for this property.

Luxurious townhouse in Estepona

Accommodation

As you enter this luxurious townhouse in Estepona, you see the large open living room area with its 4 metre ceilings. Additionally, it has a smaller TV area also furnished with a sofa and a 60” smart TV. This area has a balconette window.

Also, there is a second larger living room area with further sofas and comfortable armchairs. There is also a large dining table and a large open fully equipped state of the art kitchen.

From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvilleas and a BBQ area. There is a large sun awning to protect from the hot afternoon sun and th ehouse benefits from natural shading in the morning.

On the first floor we have the en-suite master bedroom with a large king size high quality pocket sprung bed and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a large balconette window from which you can enjoy the beautiful views.

The second bedroom also has a large king size high quality pocket sprung bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These share a large bathroom with a large walk in shower with a skylight.

All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and beautiful linens. All the wardrobes are hand made out of oak. The floors are highly polished cement. Each of the bedrooms has remote controlled fans should you not wish to use the air conditioning.

On the third floor you find an attic room with a separate laundry area, with washer/dryer, and a sofa from which you walk onto the beautiful decorated terrace with an outdoor shower.

There is air conditioning throughout the property and you can regulate the temperature individually in each room. There is also a water filter so you not need to buy bottled water and there is a safe in the main bedroom.

Please note: we do not allow children under 12yrs as the property has many staircases and low balconies.

Facilities

We have just recently rebuit and fully refurbished the property. We have also decorated this luxurious townhouse to the highest of standards with a mixture of designer and retro furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have included Fiber Optic WIFI & satellite TV for your convenience.

The interior has over 200 square meters and is on 3 floors; as well as lower terrace. It has a large terrace on the third floor, with lounge seating area and outdoor shower, and a smaller roof top terrace with sun loungers. From the top terraces you get stunning unspoilt 360 views over the Sierra Bermeja mountain and the old town below you with its quaint roof tops.

Included for our guest’s comfort:

  • Our guests will receive a welcome basket with breakfast, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps and toilet paper are provided and some basic cleaning products.

With stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, our lovely and private Villa “Seghers” is located in a luxury residential area in Estepona. It is within a three minute walking distance to the well-known “Playa del Cristo” beach, and a 15-20 minute walk to Estepona Port. It is located in a privileged place on a hill, with lovely views over the sea. With its own pool and a beautiful garden with palm trees, it is the perfect place to enjoy the area.

WELCOME TO VILLA SEGHERS…..The lovingly decorated charming 4 bedroom Villa is very spacious and has a beautiful garden with palm trees and a private pool (not heated). It is on a very quiet and peaceful street and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and has plenty of street parking in front of the house.

There is a lovely outside dining and separate sitting area with comfy sofas and a Charcoal BBQ.

In the ground floor you will find the living room with chimney, access to the garden and terraces, and open-style kitchen with dining room, plus two twin bedded bedrooms which share a bathroom.

The main bedroom is located in the first floor, with a balcony (with views to Gibraltar /Africa) and an en-suite bathroom.

The Basement is beautifully decorated with comfy sofas, and we has another large twin bedded room with bathroom. Please note the 4th bedroom on basement level doesnt not have Airco/heat but it is very cool in summer and we have heaters for winter.

Further on, the spacious basement offers a gym with weights and a space to play games or recreation , and a perfect area to store any sports equipment (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.).

All of this, combined with the sunny terrace where you can dine al fresco and have barbecues, invites to a relaxing space for perfect vacation for the whole family. It is available for short term and also for winter longer lets.


Facilities

The property is maintained throughout the year and fully equipped. It has Air conditioning and heating.

The spacious basement is beautifully decorated and we has another large twin bedded room with bathroom. The basement offers a GYM with weights and a space to play games or recreation , and a perfect area to store any sports equipment (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.).

There is plenty of parking outside the main gate as it is a very quiet street.

The property is maintained throughout the year and fully equipped. It has Air conditioning and heating (except in basement level but it is very cool in summer). We can also accommodate large families or groups.

We are only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 minutes by car

For this villa you dont need a hire car as the nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. If you need any recommendations or help with this do let us know. There is also a local bus that goes every hour a few minutes walk from the Villa.

The private swimming pool allows for  cooling dips during the summer heat , alternatively you can travel 500 meters to the beach . There you will find a small bay with white sand, which leads gently into the water. Here you can let your eyes wander up to the Rock of Gibraltar. It is the perfect place to pamper your soul and also the ideal place to holiday with children. The beach features two popular beach bars, serving delicious Mediterranean food with live music in a relaxing setting.

This luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is decorated with  fine antiques. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a fireplace and dining area for six people. From there you can walk onto the three  private sea facing terraces , with individual seating areas. From the terrace you can also walk to the pool area and the beach.

Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with views to the sea, the master has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, the other two bedrooms, are a double and  a twin both share a large bathroom with a bathtub. The two front bedrooms have their own private terraces with views over the sea and pool.

Facilities

Ground floor has a fully equipped  kitchen with a large American style fridge, ice maker & filtered water. There is a washing machine, oven, and hob.   Plus a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and there are many sun loungers from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. The Community is gated and has an allocated parking space in front of the house. The neighbourhood is very quiet and upmarket and has its own direct access to the beach.



Location

This luxury beach townhouse is at Alcazaba Beach. This is an upmarket resort right on the beach by the seawalk to Estepona. It has views to the Mediterranean and the strait of Gibraltar and Morocco. Alcazaba Beach is two kilometres walk to the town of Estepona. West facing it has plenty of sunshine and three large terraces.

Nearby you can walk into Estepona and its many cafes and shops, pharmacy, and restaurants. Estepona’s main bus station is only 5 minute’s walk. There is a large hypermarket Carrefour within walking distance also as well as many beach restaurants.
You can also walk on the brand new promenade to the exclusive resort of Laguna Village, which has its own pool club, Puro Beach, shops and restaurants and cafes.

You don’t need a car for this property . Public transport is good in this area and it is possible to walk to most places. Estepona is a midsized town, which is only 2 kilometres away. It has a beautiful beach promenade which goes on for miles and a lovely fishing port.

The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.

Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.

Location

This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.

If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

This beautifully furnished luxury penthouse in BelAir Estepona is very sunny and spacious.  It is over 120 sq. metres and has fabulous views. Additionally, it has 2 terraces, one of which covers the roof. The roof terrace has 360º views of the sea and also views of the famous La Concha mountain. From this terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea and sunset over the mountains. It enjoys enormous space for sunbathing, barbecues and entertaining.

The penthouse sleeps 6 adults and has 3 bathrooms. The lounge and dining area are unusually spacious and lead to a terrace that enjoys sea views. The bedrooms are all furnished to an exceptional standard and have ample wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and coffee maker. There is a separate drying area with washing machine and airing facilities.

The bathrooms are furnished with the top quality tiling and fittings.The penthouse is in a lovely complex, on a quiet street and very private.

It has a very large pool and beautiful gardens. Also, In the summer we have a lifeguard from 10am until 8pm.

This luxury penthouse in BelAir, Estepona is offered for holiday rental. The property is in the exclusive area of BelAir and Los Flamingos and is close to the Taraje reservoir. There are many local shops, bars and restaurants close by.

We off this luxury apartment in BelAir Estepona fully furnished. It is a modern, spotless and spacious apartment. Also, we have decorated it to the highest standards.

With beautiful 180º views over the sea and large villas, it enjoys 2 bedrooms. One of these is a double with en suite facilities. The second bedroom is a twin bed room. It has a bathroom alongside for its sole use.

The modern lounge/diner is very spacious. Additionally, it is elegantly furnished with a dining table and a lounge area. From here it leads to a fully furnished terrace that enjoys sea views. Also, we have a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine room and all the mod cons.

The apartment has underground parking and a space is available. There is lift access from the car park to the apartment.

One of the most beautiful apartments by the Alcazaba Lagoon and also the largest, this is an outstanding property. It is in block 7. Watch the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains in a setting that will take your breath away.

The interior is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture, a mixture of modern luxury and Indian antique pieces. Every detail has been thought of for our guests.

The penthouse is over 120 sq. metres and the terraces. The large living room and dining area look onto massive windows with panoramic views and on to the private terraces which have over 120 sq. meters also.

It has two very private fully decorated large terraces, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. It has loungers, sofas, umbrellas and the dining area seats 6 people.

There are  2  bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and from there you can walk out onto the terraces. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and very comfortable mattresses. From this bedroom you can also access the terraces. The bedding is Egyptian cotton Both bedrooms have electric shutters.

Accommodation

Alcazaba Lagoon Penthouses AL521 . The penthouse was completely decorated in September 2018. This is one of the most beautiful apartments in Alcazaba Lagoon. Overlooking the whole valley and resort, this is an outstanding property.  Watch the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains in a setting that will take your breath away.

We have decorated the interior of the apartment with all high quality furniture. There is a mixture of modern luxury and  antique pieces. Every detail has been thought of for our guests.

The penthouse is over 120 sq. meters and the terraces are also over 100sq.m. The large living room and dining area walk onto massive windows with panoramic views and on to the private terraces. The property has a fully decorated large terrace, ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. It has loungers, sofas, umbrella and a dining area for 6 people outside.

The property has 2 en-suite bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and from there you can walk out onto the terraces. The master bathroom has a large bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and very comfortable mattresses. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower.  From this bedroom you can also access the terraces. Both bedrooms have electric shutters.


Facilities

Alcazaba Lagoon Penthouses AL521. All high end SIEMENS applianceshave been installed in the kitchen. This includes: ,washing machine, dishwasher, state of the art oven & microwave, fridge/freezer. In addition there is a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
