Accommodation

As you enter this luxurious townhouse in Estepona, you see the large open living room area with its 4 metre ceilings. Our unique  house is in one of the town’s most beautiful streets. It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,beaches, shops and amenities. The house was completely rebuilt in late 2019, and has featured in architectural magazines for its innovative design.

It is luxuriously finished and beautifully decorated to the highest standards: with a mixture of designer and retro furniture, it has  2 terraces & a rooftop sunbathing area. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fiber Optic WIFI & satellite TV is included. As you enter the house you see the large open living room area with 4 meter ceilings, it has a smaller sofa seating TV area with a balconette window,and a 60” smart TV.

From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvilleas and a BBQ area. There is a second larger living room area with sofas and comfortable armchairs. There is also a large dining table and a large open fully equipped state of the art kitchen. From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvilleas & a built in BBQ area. It is shaded during the day and there is also a large sun awning to protect from the afternoon sun.

On the first floor we have an large en-suite master bedroom with a large king size high quality pocket spring bed and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a large balconette window from which you can enjoy the beautiful views.

The second bedroom also has a large king size high quality pocket sprung bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These share a large bathroom with a large walk in shower with a skylight.

All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and beautiful linens. All the wardrobes are hand made out of oak. The floors are highly polished cement. Each of the bedrooms has remote controlled fans should you not wish to use the air conditioning.

On the third floor you find an attic room with a separate laundry area, with washer/dryer, and a sofa from which you walk onto the beautiful decorated terrace with an outdoor shower with comfy loungers as well as a roof terrce with sun beds.

Fully air conditioned, the temperature can be regulated individually in each room.

We have a water filter so you not need to buy water.

There is a safe in the main bedroom.

As this house sleeps 6, if you are only 2 persons please ask us and we will offer you a special discount.

I will meet you at the property on arrival (please note: late nights are not  possible for me, if your flight arrives after 7pm we can offer a late check in for 50Euros on occasion).

Therefore when you make a booking, please let me know the flight numbers, arrival & departure times and how you will be traveling to Estepona so I can meet you with the keys.

You do not need a car for this property as it has all the amenities within a few minutes walk.

Parking: As the whole town in pedestrianised we are only allowed to drop off luggage by the house , we will arrange a parking space for you which is a 500 meters walk, please let us know at the time of booking so we can organize it, or if you come by taxi. 

Please note: we do not usually allow children under 7yrs as the property has many staircases and low balconies so please check with us first.

Facilities

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have included Fiber Optic WIFI & satellite TV for your convenience.

The interior has over 200 square meters and is on 3 floors; as well as lower terrace. It has a large terrace on the third floor, with lounge seating area and outdoor shower, and a smaller roof top terrace with sun loungers. From the top terraces you get stunning un-spoilt 360 views over the Sierra Bermeja mountain and the old town below you with its quaint roof tops.

Location

Our unique house is in one of the town’s most beautiful streets in a very peaceful area. It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,shops and amenities.

Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them.  There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.

 It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.

On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants. There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants. 

Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”.

Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away.

Please note that this property does NOT have a pool.

Luxury Beachfront Penthouse in Estepona

Accommodation

This luxury beachfront penthouse is now completely refurbished. Also, we have decorated it to the highest of standards. The property comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can sleep 6 adults plus an extra person on the sofa bed in master bedroom if desired. Also, the kitchen is newly fitted.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom which has a king size bed and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a further bed. Also, this bedroon has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size double bed and its own tiled Moroccan bathroom. This bedroom is on the top floor with direct access to the roof terrace.


Facilities

The brand new kitchen has all high end appliances. This includes a dishwasher, a washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. We have a large 60″ curved smart HD TV. This connects to an international satellite with over 1000 channels. Additionally, it has movie channel. TV Series box sets, as well as Apple TV for Netflix users. There is Fibre Optic internet connectivity and a WiFi router.

Additionally, the building has its own roof top pool & tennis court. These are for the exclusive use of owners and guests. Please note we don’t heat the pool in winter. There is a fully decorated 100 square meter roof terrace. This boasts a hot tub, a shower, a dining area, and an exterior sink & fridge.

You can dine al fresco on the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing views. Enjoy the outdoors and relax in the hot tub. The terrace is beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and it has a lounge area for 10 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family.

Finally, the building has its own an underground car park. We include a parking space in the rental should you decide to rent a car.


Location

Our luxury beachfront penthouse is in the heart of Estepona old town. It has stunning sea views over the Mediterranean & towards Morocco. Also, as it is only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you do not need a car for this property.

Luxury 3 bedroom penthouse with roof-top terrace in Estepona

South Bay is a brand new complex close to Estepona town centre. Overlooking the sea and the old town, it has stunning views. This duplex penthouse has 3 bedrooms and it is in a spectacular building with an innovative design. Located in Estepona, it’s a a 10 minute walk to Estepona Port  and a 15 minute walk to the beach and the old town with its lovely cobbled streets and its many shops, cafes and restaurants. South Bay has great facilities such as a communal pool, underground parking, a gym with a sauna and a jacuzzi.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW PHASE NEARBY AND COULD CAUSE NOISE – WE HAVE REDUCED THE RATE ACCORDINGLY

On the fourth floor and with amazing views, it faces South East, this beautiful apartment has been exceptionally furnished with exquisite taste. It is fully equipped for a home stay; the interior is over 100sq meters and the lower terraze 50sq.meters. The roof top terrace is 85sq meters, the lower level terrace has sun all morning and has a round dining table for 6 people, a comfy sofa seating area and sunbeds from where to relax and enjoy the amazing views and beautiful sunrises. 

The large roof top terrace is very private and has lovely views towards the Gibraltar, Morocco and the Mediterranean as well as the mountains so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon. It has a dining area for 6 people, 6 sunbeds and lounge chairs and shaded areas.

The apartment sleeps 6 adults and has 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with top quality tiling and fittings. 

The master bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles both share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All are furnished to an exceptional standard with very good mattresses and have ample wardrobe space.

The ultra-modern new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, built in microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso maker. There is also a washing machine.

Please note: There are stairs up to the roof top terrace but the living area is all on the same level.

Located in Estepona, it’s a a 10 minute walk to Estepona Port and a 15 minute walk to the beach and Estepona old townwith its lovely cobbled streets and its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 50 minutes.  For this property you do not need a car as everything is accessible and within reach

Bahia Beach – Luxury suite in 5 star complex with sea & pool views

Our open plan studio apartment has just been completely refurbished and is located in the private wing of Estepona’s 5-star luxury Bahia Beach complex. This fabulous apartment is located on the 5th floor and has fantastic views out across the various pools, tropical gardens and over the Mediterranean Sea. 

The complex has a front-line beach position with 170 rooms and 100 private apartments and is situated very close to Estepona. The world-class facilities include 3 large swimming pools in the gardens (one of them is heated year round) as well as a heated indoor pool in the wellness & spa area. There is a selection of restaurants and bars, which include the beach restaurant Spiller open for lunch and dinner, a pool bar, the lobby bar, and a restaurant that serves a high class breakfast and fine dining. There is also 24 hour room service available for our guests.

As well as direct and secure access to the beach and promenade directly in front, the  property benefits from the highest levels of 24h security. 

Facilities

Fully air conditioned, the bedroom area has a 4 poster handmade king size bed with plush bed linens, and a large flat screen TV with high speed WIFI and satellite TV with thousands of international channels and movies. The living space has a sofa with a dining table, The large luxurious  bathroom has a  walk in separate shower and a large bathtub, his & her sinks with a separate toilet and bidet. 

There is also a small kitchenette, with crockery, glasses, 2 induction hobs, a sink, fridge, kettle, a coffee machine and toaster. In the walk in cupboard area there is a safe, washing machine, Iron/board, hangers, and a hairdryer. 

A lift goes straight up to the apartment. Please note that the block has a few stairs to access the lift. The secure outdoor parking area is only a minute walk from the complex. 

Our guests have free access to the complex on-site wellness centre and spa, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, gym and steam room and the tennis court. 

Location

The Bahia Beach complex is located 4 km from the centre of Estepona. Set in El Padron Beach, the location on the New Golden Mile is just a short distance from a wide range of amenities including markets, shops and restaurants. By car, the center of Estepona can be reached in 5 minutes, and only a 20 minute walk or cycle  along the beautiful beach promenade. Only 15 minutes from Marbella. Malaga airport is 45 minutes away.

The Estepona Gardens  residential complex has just been completed in 2024 and is decorated to a very high standard, it is overlooking the beautiful Sierra Bermeja mountain panorama inland. Estepona Garden also boast a swimming pool and is in Estepona town. 

A very bright and spacious property , it has over 90 sq. meters plus 2 terraces. 

The apartment is on the second floor, has 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom. A large open plan living/dining area that walks onto a lovely terrace. There is an integrated ultra modern kitchen with all brand new appliances and plenty of street parking and a lift straight to the apartment. On the grounds there is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of grass to sunbathe.

Estepona Holiday Rentals Penthouses – The Village Penthouse

Luxury Penthouse in Duquesa

Accommodation

The Village Penthouse is a holiday rental property that can sleep up to 6 persons comfortably, located in the Costa del Sol region of Spain near to Estepona, with amazing panoramic views of the coast, golf course and mountains..

Completely renovated in 2022, the apartment is 230sqm with marble floors throughout. It has 3 large double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The bedrooms all have king size beds , the second and third can be separated into 2 singles (but please ask us at time of booking). All are very large and furnished to an exceptional standard with have ample walk in wardrobe space, each also has its own terrace and electric shutter

There are 4 terraces, one for each bedroom and the living room and the 4th terrace is just off the kitchen, which includes a gas BBQ. The kitchen has all the new mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric hob and Nespresso machine.

The Penthouse has its own private entrance on the 3rd floor with a lift from the carport to the apartment. So, no need to climb any stairs. There are newly fitted air conditioning units which equally produce heat in the winter and a boiler that provides plenty of hot water for all your showers or baths. There is also a bluetooth speaker to connect to your phone for your music and a television that boasts channels from all over the world and more movies and TV series than you’ll ever need. The penthouse is located in a 24-hour security gated urbanisation for peace of mind and has 5 swimming pools and a paddle court.

Duquesa port is only a 15 – 20 min walk downhill where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and also sandy beaches either side. 10 – 15 minutes away by car is the beautiful town of Estepona which has a wide sandy beach and a long promenade with plenty of shops and delicious restaurants, along with many other attractions to keep the whole family entertained. For the golfing enthusiast there are an abundance of great golf courses, one of which is overlooked from the penthouse, for any budget and several high-profile courses if you would like to splash out. The Lounge/Dining Room table seats 8 comfortably and the two sofas are very comfortable to sit on and watch TV or to look out of the two double sliding doors to the Mediterranean coast below. The room is tastefully decorated while still giving a sense of space. There is a large, long balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise/sunshine and plenty of seating with the option to lay out on the loungers.

The Kitchen was refurbished in 2022 with all new appliances and cupboards. There is a small terrace from the kitchen where you can BBQ or hang your clothes after a day beside the pool or beach. There is also a Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook up a feast.

Facilities

The apartment enjoys 24 hour security on site, full air conditioning and heating. Also, there is internal satellite TV

Duquesa Village is set in a lush green zone with over 90,000 m2 of very well-maintained, mature communal gardens, designed in a typical Andalusian rustic style and including a pond and a fountain. The village has 5 pools and a children’s pool with plenty of room around each pool for sunbathing. So, no matter what time of day you can always find the sunshine or a quiet spot or both! For peace of mind there is 24-hour security with a gate to enter the village and a security hut. The fob with your key works both the gate and the garage doors. From the garage you can use the lift to the 3rd floor Penthouse which has its own private entrance and is the only apartment on that floor. So, there is never a need to use the stairs.
