In order to sign the Management Package we will need a copy of your NIE, passport, Local rates bill (IBI), electricity & water bills and a copy of your insurance.

We will undertake all urgent minor repairs on your behalf and charge to your account. However, we will discuss all other repairs and seek your approval.
