We spent holidays in Estepona and it was the best choice. It's a real pleasure to contact with Tania Cozzi and her team. The apartment is placed in a very modern building. The flat is decorated and equipped contemporarily with all necesarry appliances. The location is convenient, close to the center and sea. Fully recommendable for stay in Estepona.

We spent over two months in the apartment managed by Bright Property Management and it was absolutely beautiful. The managerTania was extremely helpful and friendly and made our vacation perfect. The apartment was spacious and beautifully situated with plenty sunshine even though we were there in January and February of this year. The apartment had all the amenities you could possibly imagine and was very clean and well cared for. We have reserved the same apartment for three months next year and can’t wait to return. I highly recommend Bright Property Services and the wonderful Tania Cozzi. The booking was so easy with lots of great advice and her knowledge of the places to rent and area are exceptional. She is trustworthy and reliable and when we arrived were not disappointed with her true professionalism and attention to detail. Tania really can make your stay, and accommodation, a prefect experience and her luxury apartments and villas are a wonderful selection and the ones we saw a very high standard. Good positions, great facilities and so clean. They can fulfil all your requirements and her team can handle any requests from transfers, where to eat, what to see, a few supplies when you arrive, and as she is fluent in English and Spanish can really help with any requests or plans you may have.

5STAR +. My wife and I had been looking for a quality Penthouse apartment in Estepona and contacted a number of Real-estate agents. Tania at Bright Property Management was by far the most professional, helpful and diligent. Subsequently we used Tania and even during the rental period Tania was responding to requests virtually immediately. My wife and I have done business with Tania and her team at Bright Property Management on numerous occasions now since 2016 when we first stayed for 3 months in properties Tania managed. We stayed in two at the time as one was booked for some of the time we wanted to be there so we did half in one and then the other. It was quite good to find both were excellent and also to have a second base from which to explore.
We first met Tania as we were staying in another apartment we had booked unseen, except for what turned out to be misleading photos, and had been very disappointed in it, so we were scoping out somewhere better for our next trip later the same year. The property Tania showed me at that time was also not what we would choose, but what impressed me was that Tania had gone in just before meeting us and really cleaned it up, including the patios and floors swept and mopped etc and all quite early on a Spanish public holiday morning. Tania had really gone the extra mile because in my experience other agents would have said "oh ignore that, it will all be cleaned for you should you decide to take it" but Tania had already done it and she showed us the property at its best. AND she had done it all herself. I explained to her I didn't want that particular one and why so she then understood better what we did want, so when we went back for the next 3 months, and indeed every trip we have made to Spain since, we don't bother with anyone else. We can trust her so we just go straight to Tania. Quite honestly I'd advise you to save yourself time, hassle and potential disappointment and just do the same as we do. (Except in around April/May and Sept/October please as we like to go then and we'd like to still have somewhere available to stay;)
I would also say to potential landlords looking to rent out property that you wont find a better custodian and agent for your property on the Costa del Sol.

El apartamento está muy bien, es cómodo y está cuidado. Con una terraza muy agradable y fresquita para cenar. Tiene una buena piscina con muy poca gente. Una alegría estar allí. Desde el apartamento llegas caminando a la laguna en dos minutos. Un sitio muy recomendable para descansar y si quieres salir de la urbanización, en 3 kms tienes de todo.

Great communication throughout our booking. Superb apartment with great location. The tight spiral staircase to the top deck was the only negative. This said, would gladly book again.

A really fantastic apartment with a great outlook set in amongst beautiful grounds. An extensive welcome hamper of food was there for us on arrival, a really lovely touch. All super clean, modern inside, well equipped and very effective air-con, we loved staying in the apartment. We really enjoyed the choice of two pools and never found them too busy or noisy even though we were staying in August. A little playground on-site too which our girls enjoyed playing in in the evenings. The Lagoon is what makes this place so special, beautifully clean and with a great beach area just for residents. The lagoon has a walk in shallow area, perfect for our young children to swim in. We all enjoyed using the pedalos and kayaks but be aware for children to be able to use the paddle boards they must be at least 150cm tall. The lagoon has a great beach bar and a separate restaurant, which we enjoyed dinner at one evening. Thank you Tania for a great stay, you were a great host and we will definitely be coming back with family!

We had great days in this apartment. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished. It is very spacious and has a great shaded porch with beautiful views of the mountains. The complex with its community pools is really nice and quiet location. We still felt comfortable with our two kids (6 and 4). To reach the beaches and towns in the area a car is mandatory.

Very nice appartement. Nice well equipped kitchen. The beds were a little too small for our liking. Nice swimmingpools and well maintained gardens. The lagoon was very nice and beautiful. We had a great time here! Hopefully we will come back!

The flat was exactly as described, a lovely place with lots of room, well equipped, close to a nice swimming pool and the beach. There was even a nice patio and small garden to sit out, the owners were very communicative and really helpful.
The flat is a little bit outside of Estepona so a rental car is certainly helpful but it was also nice to get away from the tourists in a quite neighborhood. We found lots of good restaurants in Estepona old town and down by the marina, we also preferred the beaches in Estepona.
Thanks for letting us stay at your place, we had a good time and would love to return again one day.

The apartment is very nice and clean. We had enough space for a family of five. The kitchen was very good equipped and we loved the welcome package for breakfast :).

We had the best time. The penthouse is just perfect. The beds are so comfy & the extra touches, like the welcome pack are lovely. It really is in the best location & we loved every minute. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 😎☀️

Lovely apartment and resort. Facilities brillant( pools an lagoon) with plenty to keep teenager ( and all ages) entertained. The apartment was modern and very well equiped and very clean. Slightly out of town so need car to explore ( taxi 15 euros to estepona). Will return as resort quiet but had everything you need. Tania and Carlos were great hosts and very responsive. Lovely break.

The house certainly has the “wow factor”. Beautifully designed, tastefully and extensively appointed. Set in the wonderful Estepona Old Town, it is close to some quality restaurants, good shops and the beach, yet it is very quiet at night. Host’s Tania and Carlos are very attentive and easily contactable. Totally deserved the 5 star rating we awarded in every category.

A stunning apartment, the pictures do not do the views justice - it’s like looking out onto an oasis.
Sitting on the terrace the bird song from the tiny birds felt like one of those relaxation apps!
Apartment is gorgeous, all the things you need + more welcome pack, beach towels, dishwasher & washing capsules - all the little details were there. Super clean, comfortable felt at home straight away, any neighbours we came by were so friendly.
Short stroll to 2 fab pools, gardens, play park and then the lagoon where the restaurant is just superb. We ate 3 times food was excellent for us food loving adults and our two 6 year olds, service excellent surroundings were like nothing I’ve seen, rolling hills, mountains, sea view and then the sea and grounds itself.
Stayed a lot of places and this is a really unique stay.
Just 5 min drive to an Aldis & mercadona, 10 mins if that to the beach and the amazing combination of luxury penthouse, amenities near by but also a really chilled out feel too.
Tania & Carlos were great before we arrived and then on arrival. Thanks so much!

Leuk verblijf, goede communicatie, ideaal gelegen.
Top dat we bij aankomst al meteen iets hadden om te eten.
Ook leuk dat we iets langer konden blijven op de dag van vertrek (handig met een klein kindje).
De trap naar de kamer boven (en naar het terras) is wel gevaarlijk. Je geraakt er wel aan gewend na een tijdje. Maar: het is niet eenvoudig om een valies mee te nemen naar boven om te legen.
We overwegen om nog eens terug te keren één van de komende jaren.
Top dat we bij aankomst al meteen iets hadden om te eten.

Situated in the heart of the old town, this is a real gem.
A very large, spotlessly clean, open plan house, equipped with everything you could require for a very, very comfortable stay.
Tastefully decorated throughout, with fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. Absolutely stunning!!!
Our host was waiting for us, (even though we were as always, late!!) which we very much appreciated.
A welcome pack of bread, eggs, nibbles as well as beer and wine (chilled) were a nice touch and also very welcome.
The location was unbelievable, with bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk, whilst the beach and promenade could be reached within around 5 mins.
I cannot recommend this property enough to any discerning visitor looking to sample the charm of Estapona's old town.

Schöner Ort zum Entspannen! Gut eingerichtete Küche.
Privater Strandzugang über Treppen. Recht enge Bebauung der Reihenhäuser, allerdings zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit viele Häuser leer, so dass man sich nicht so beengt fühlte.
Im Haus soweit alles der Beschreibung entsprechend, allerdings bis auf wenige Kleiderbügel in den großen Wandschränken keine Möglichkeit Kleidung zu lagern. Einlegeböden nicht vorhanden.
Wir waren sechs Wochen dort. Geputzt wurde anders als der Beschreibung zu entnehmen nur zwei Mal.
Strom musste extra bezahlt werden, was für uns nochmal ein gehöriger Aufpreis war, obwohl wir nicht geheizt haben, sondern lediglich Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler normal benutzt.

Excellent location! Spacious apartment on top floor. Glorious morning view watching sunrise from the living area or balcony. Friendly, in person greeting. Good communication, even provided top notch recommendation for requested beauty salon. Thoughtfully stocked refrigerator and snacks arranged before our arrival. Washer/dryer worked well. Subterranean parking. Enjoyed the inflatable hot tub, too, while stargazing at night. Highly recommend.

This house is perfection! It has everything you could possibly want. The house is gorgeously decorated & has all the modern amenities. The location cannot be beat nestled on one of the most beautiful streets in the old city with stunning views in every direction. You step outside and you’re easily able to access all the restaurants & shops as well as the beach. Everything is so easily accessible. Tania & Carlos are excellent with communication & so friendly & helpful. They took care of setting us up with access to a nearby parking garage & even had some groceries in the house waiting for us. Everything about our stay here was exceptional! This was hands down one of our best experiences. You will love this house!

Beautiful townhouse located perfectly in the old town of Estepona. House is even better than the pictures, and Tania/Carlos made us feel welcome and everything was just smooth. Would definitely rent this or another house from Tania again. - October/November, family of 4.

This beautifully renovated townhouse is just perfect . Well equipped and full of lots of nice extra touches .
The sun terrace has amazing views and was the perfect place to relax .
The location is excellent and perfect for walking around the old town and getting to the beach .

Alcazaba Lagoon is a real gem. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the flat and facilities. Complex has 5 star amenities and the flat is well put together with a tasteful interior decor. Tania and Carlos were great throughout, super communication and attention to every detail. Look forward to the next time!

El detalle de bienvenida de dejarnos desayuno, pastillas de lavadora y demás, nos ha dejado muy sorprendidos, no había tenido yo un recibimiento así. 100% recomendable. Lo único en contra es que necesitas el coche para todo.

La casa es una monada, limpia y con todo tipo de detalles.
Nos recibió Carlos y es encantador, nos hizo una pequeña compra para que pudiésemos desayunar a la llegada.
Personalmente a Tania no la conocemos pero ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.

Hemos estado 7 adultos y 3 niños (2 bebés) muy cómodos. Hay 4 habitaciones (1 en la planta de arriba con cama de matrimonio y con un baño), 2 habitaciones con dos camas en la misma planta que la cocina y el salón junto a otro baño y 1 habitación con dos camas en el sótano. Se puede ir andando a la playa. La piscina es perfecta. Muy amables las chicas que nos atendieron para el check in y contestaron nuestras dudas por mensajes.

La estancia en la casa ha sido simplemente maravillosa. La casa nos ha acogido como si fuera nuestro hogar, una segunda residencia al más alto nivel de prestaciones y detalles. Todas las comodidades y equipamiento al máximo. Personalmente la cocina me ha fascinado. Me gusta mucho cocinar y lo he hecho para mi familia todos estos días y ha sido un placer. Todo funcionaba perfectamente y Tania está muy atenta a cualquier detalle que pueda surgir. La casa está a la altura de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas. Las camas son un lujo, por ejemplo, así que descanso más que garantizado. Y con la libertad de entrar y salir, y hacer de cada estancia un rincón personal. Es precio se corresponde perfectamente con lo que se ofrece... la arquitectura y estilo de la casa es de 10.

Un merveilleux endroit pour passer des belles vacances. Le cadre du lagon permet de faire des activités nautiques sympas en y passant la journée complète grâce au restaurant sur le site. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une décoration moderne et soignée. Tania justifie pleinement sa qualité de super host. Toujours à l'écoute et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, angegliedert an einen 1A gepflegten Garten mit Pool und Privatem Zugang zum Strand. Die Stadt ist nur wenige km entfernt. Man kann auch direkt am Strand zur Stadt gelangen. Wir haben die Zeit dort richtig genossen und können nur die allerbeste Empfehlung aussprechen!

Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten war kleiner als erwartet. Stauraum ist genügend vorhanden, aber kaum eine Ablage. Die vorhanden Heizkörper haben zum Glück die untere Wohnung ausreichend wärmen können, besonders bei geschlossen Türen. Im Penthaus-Schlafzimmer und -Bad war es sicherlich eher kalt. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist insgesamt sehr klein und ohne Schrank und nur wenig Stauraum, allerdings optimal ausgefüllt. Handtücher standen ausreichend zur Verfügung, die Küche war gut ausgerüstet, auch mit Verbrauchsmaterial. Das Wohn-Esszimmer konnten wir uns mit Kerzen gemütlich machen. Netflix hat wunderbar funktioniert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, dank auch an Debbie für die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation vor Ort. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr hilfreich.

Fantastic apartment and every bit as lovely as the photographs. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the location is right on the beach front. We visited in September so it was quiet and just what we were looking for - a chilled relaxing break. The nearby beach bars served great food and there are many restaurants to choose from in the town which is a 5 minute walk away. We hired a car but unless you are looking to travel outside Estepona you really don't need it. Tania met us on arrival and the welcome pack provided was a lovely touch - the prosecco didn't last the half-hour! We definitely recommend and would do a return visit.

Casa davvero incredibile, super tecnologica in tutto, ma non spaventatevi, tecnologia davvero semplice da capire ed utilizzare, come ad esempio la porta d’ingresso o il piano cottura. Inoltre molto ben arredata, ma la vera chicca è il giardino, infatti è stato l’ambiente più utilizzato.
Possibilità di spostarsi a piedi verso la piscina o la laguna, due spazi anch’essi ben mantenuti e arredati. La cosa piacevole è che all’interno della laguna, per quante regole più o meno rigide, il personale era sempre sorridente e gentile, e per chi è in vacanza, questo non è che un punto positivo in più.

We booked two apartments through Tania, the penthouse and the ground floor (3bed) apartment. Both were extremely spacious and fully equipped. All the kids loved the 2 swimming pools and the Lagoon with water sports was a great addition.
The restaurant within the Lagoon is beautiful (although slightly pricey and not open for evening meals which was a shame).
Everything you need in one location and only a 10min drive into Estepona.
Will definitely go back.

Lovely place and a great urbanisation with the Lagoon facilities. The restaurant at the Lagoon is overpriced for essentially what you could get at a beach chiringuito. But captive audience I guess. The apartment was lovely. Modern and well specced. Its great that Tania leaves a welcome pack of essentials in the fridge (nice touch and welcomed). Communication was great. Prices at Alcazaba are 30% more this year which is now overpriced in my opinion. I took my two young kids and for 8 days it was expensive (hotel prices for self catering).

The complex is thoughtfully built, with a beautiful outlook over the gardens, sea and mountains and lots of space. The apartment is stunning.
It is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, we stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. There is enough space for us all to relax, inside and out. The veranda was huge! Views to the sea at the front and the mountains to the side and behind.
The food package left was greatly appreciated and plenty of condiments and cooking utensils for you to cook proper meals if you so wished. We used the bbq grill a few times and thought it was great. On the couple of nights we stayed in, the tv with full movies and sport package was very much appreciated by our boys, while we would sit on the veranda enjoying a glass of wine.
The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, the air conditioning was much needed! The underground parking was another unexpected luxury.
We had a perfect holiday here and would definitely book again and would have no hesitation in recommending Tania's apartment to anyone.

Mooi schoon appartement. De omgeving is heel mooi. De lagoon en de zwembaden waren heerlijk. Heerlijk rustig geen drukte. Alleen maar gezinnen wat heel fijn was. De appartementen liggen in een veilige omgeving met beveiliging. Fijne garage onder de appartment. enige wat nadelig is is de weg naar de appartementen /lagoon is een smal verharde weg zonder verlichting. In de nacht best creepy. Inchecken en uitchecken verliep heel fijn. Zeker de moeite waard.

Apartment is amazing overlooking the sea with views of Gibraltar and north Africa. 7 of us had plenty of space to relax inside and on the terrace. Being on the top floor, we found it very quite, despite being a central location, the main sound was the sea. The beach goes on for miles and there are plenty of sun beds available at various bards. The resort is excellent with great restaurants and a real Spanish vibe to the town.

I had very high expectations of this apartment & it was everything we hoped for.....a true WOW factor when walking through the doors!! It is beautifully decorated, light, bright & airy & spotlessly clean! The view from the balcony is simply wonderful! A well stocked apartment too with all the essentials needed for self catering-our host had even stocked the fridge which was so helpful & thoughtful. Tania & her sister have been great hosts....always returns emails quickly & booking was extremely easy. Super support on arrival & departure which gave the process a personal touch! The apartment is off the beaten track so a car is really essential for getting to the beach, shops or evenings at the marina but I’m sure taxis can be arranged if driving is not your thing! One thing to mention is there are lots of construction traffic at the moment due to developments so the road to the apartment in the daytime can be busy with lorries & cement mixers which is not a problem but the roads can be narrow in places so thought worth mentioning!
The facilities are really fantastic too....you can use either pool which we did & they were never busy so always had sun-bed access & the lagoon is a joy....our children loved it!! It was great to have the choice of where to spend the day! I can’t say enough positive things about our holiday....I wish we were still there!! We will definitely be returning.

What can I say.. this place is truly fantastic. Genuinely sparkling clean, lovely large sized two bed ground floor apartment 30 seconds from the nearest pool. Apartment fitted out really well, everything has a classy and new feel to it. We felt at home here and chose to eat in 2/3 nights and let the kids swim til late 🙂 Two main pools plus the enormous and awesome lagoon with private beach and restaurant, plus kayaking, paddle boarding and pedlos, all included. Gave our kids choice, we'd typically spend morning at the Lagoon then afternoons at the pool. Visited Ronda, Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banús, all fantastic worth a trip. Development is a mix of owners and rented out unit's, even at the peak time we visited (August) it was quiet and never had a problem getting sunbeds or watersports. Our host Tania was brilliant, if we had any questions age came back to us straight away. Drive from Malaga Airport is 1 hour 10 mins if roads are all ok. To conclude, this was our first Airb&b experience and we all feel very lucky it's worked out the way it did. Great memorable holiday, highly recommended.

La villa reste éloignée des commerces de proximité et des centres d'intérêt. Une voiture s'impose donc. Le trés bon accueil et la réactivité de notre hôte sont à souligner. La villa fait partie d'un ensemble de villas, donc règne une ambiance de voisinage qui reste sympathique !

Arrived at apartment late but keys were left at security so was not a problem. Lovely surprise when found fridge was stocked when we arrived...milk , eggs , bread, juice, (Website hidden by Airbnb) we were all set for morning. Lovely touch. This apartment is beautiful...very clean, spacious, huge terrace with sun most of day. Air conditioning which worked well ..a must in July! Lovely sea views which was a bonus. Two pools which always had free sun beds..free access to lagoon and facilities ..this was great for us, as a family with 3 teenage kids!! Good location but you need a car..supermarket just down the road and beach not far ...excellent base for visiting Estepona, Marbella, Gibralter, also Casares a very picturesque village not far. ...could have done loads more but ran out of time. Tania (and Marcella) really helpful and regularly kept in touch. Very professional service...what more can I say...we are already planning for next (Website hidden by Airbnb) a must!!

Such a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, ideally situated for the beach and the old town with all its fabulous restaurants. The apartments is lovely, everything is beautifully clean, we were very impressed with the kitchen sooooo many cups , glasses , plates etc . Lots of lovely towels, the beds were comfortable, not a thing to pick up on just perfect. We used the roof top pool which is great too, we didn't bother with the Jacuzzi! i've no doubt we'll return to Estepona and hopefully 4A mirasol!

Tania is a great host. Her communication leading up to our visit was first class and she was flexible about our check in to accommodate our early flights from the UK.
We were met on arrival and given helpful information about the local amenities and attractions that we found very helpful.

Tania is indeed a Super Host!!! We absolutely adored the space, and every possible amenity was provided. Tania was also terrific about giving us tips about local activities and places to shop, and so forth, that made our stay just that much better. There were four of us in the condo, and that worked out very well indeed. We stayed for two weeks and loved the way the sleek and beautiful condo--right on the water--made us feel cozy and safe and well taken care of, so that we could enjoy our many adventures. We went to many of the white villages (don't miss Jubrique) and Ronda, as well as Sevilla, Gibraltar and Morocco, and two of us went to Madrid on the high speed train (really great) for three days. We also did horseback riding along the Atlantic, off-road motor-biking, and a crazy crazy hike up in the Sierra Bermeja. Plus, of course, we walked and jogged all over Estepona. In particular, try to catch a service at Nuestra Señora de Remedios. Charming children's choir and guitars, and the flamenco at Pena Flamenco was probably some of the best in the world. Enjoy!

We were 5 people staying at the apartment, it was perfect, peaceful and private with a lovely swimming pool with great hosts Tania and Marcella. There were the basics there on arriving which is always a nice touch we did think the port and the old town of Estapona was a little too far to walk so we used taxis, also there are no convenience shops to hand. Although we didn’t hire a car, I think i might recommend one. But just to add we had a wonderful week and would recommend this lovely apartment.

We had two weeks staying in this fabulous apt and can highly recommend it. The location is just perfect, right on the beach and with the town right behind you. Everything was spotlessly clean and the extra touches of a welcome pack was really nice enabling you to have a brew as soon as you arrive before having to think about getting shopping in was lovely.
The apt itself is very stylishly appointed and has everything you need for a home from home stay, i.e. washing, dishwashing machines etc. The roof terrace is a great place to relax with very comfortable chairs and a great eating area too, also there is a balcony which also has comfortable chairs to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set. We used the rooftop pool quite a few times and it was never busy which was nice and there are plenty of sunloungers.
Our communications with Tania were excellent, very prompt replies and extremely helpful.
I can highly recommend this place and certainly hope to return one day.

The villa is very clean and in a good location for the beach. The port is about a 20 minute walk which makes for a nice evening stroll. Tania was fabulous and very helpful when a problem arose.

Our family of 6 had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the penthouse in Estepona. It has excellent facilities ( including 3 bathrooms, a large terrace and a good sized seafront balcony) with loads of space and easy access to a rooftop swimming pool which is little used by other (Website hidden by Airbnb) has an unrivalled position on the seafront directly overlooking the promenade and beach and is within 5 minutes walk of the old town with its restaurants and bars. Estepona is a lovely relaxing town which feels authentically Spanish and not merely a tourist resort like many others in the area. We will seriously consider returning.

A very nice house, great host, we had a very nice vacation. The host provided a list of recommended restaurants in the area and they were all excellent. For us the best part about the house was a big jasmine plant which is growing on the tarrace which gives this unbelievable smell in the evening. Great stay, thank you!

Tania was an excellent host during the booking process but also during our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location right by the beach and old town with its numerous bars and restaurants. The bedroom on the top floor is rather small and the spiral staircase is quite narrow but apart from that the accommodation is excellent.
Estepona is a lovely Spanish town that has lots of charm and has not been spoiled by mass tourism

First of all Tania was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived after midnight and keys were left with the very helpful security guard. The penthouse apartment is wow and we were blown away when we opened the fridge to find Milk, juice, bread, eggs and Wine solving our breakfast worries on late arrival and toasting the start of our holiday.
The TV also had Irish and Uk channels which meant I could enjoy some World Cup games in English.
We were in a different apartment here last year (also very good) but the lagoon was only opening the week after we left. We were dieing to see it and try it out. The apartment comes with 4 passes which meant free access and free use of the all the equipment and amenities. The place feels very safe with a very good life guard ratio. My 5 and 7 year old did their first solo kayaking trip (a few times) and 7 year old also got plenty of stand up paddle boarding time. This place is made for kids who love water. Also plenty of pools for all ages.
Yes you will need a car, and yes it is off the main road a little bit we love it. You are 5min drive to a local Aldi or local supermarket. 10mins from Estepona or I would also recommend driving down to Duquesa beach which is just as close and a little quieter.
One of our highlights was calling on a local farmer to buy some lemons. He lives close to entrance of Lagoon complex and was delighted to have tourists take an interest. We came away with lemons, super large tomatoes and what we think were figs (delicious whatever they were). Even with the language barrier he kept us there talking into (Hidden by Airbnb) translate(back and forth) for while.
We were only 45mins from Bahia water park. Perfect for our family. We were in aqua land last year which is bigger but it takes forever to que for each ride. Bahia has very little Waiting time and rides are big and fast enough for 2 of us and 5/7 year old girls, highly recommend.
Tania was also helpful during week when my wife needed to see a doctor and pointed us in the right direction.
So if you like some quiet time, but a good location for getting out and about in a car then this is it.
PS, im not a golfer but if i was I probably wouldn’t leave this place. You drive through Estepona golf course on entering complex. I jogged it a few mornings, hilly but beautiful.

Bahia Doncella is the best place we could imagine for our vacation. The beach is very close, not crowded and the entry into the see is fine also for kids. the place generally is very quiet and green. appt is clean big and modern, it has all furniture you need for cooking. I can recommend to all "demanding" people 🙂

Lovely apartment - clean & well equipped with everything needed. Tania was great...met & showed us apartment & was available if we needed anything during our stay - the basic foods provided were also a lovely touch. The lagoon & pools were fantastic & safe, which was great as we had 2 energetic 3 year olds. The staff in the lagoon were lovely, as we stayed in May, it was also very quiet. The fact that this apartment/terrace is on the ground floor is also a benefit for those with young children. A car is needed to get you Estepona/supermarkets/beach (around a 10 min drive).

Les terrasses sont propices à la lecture, aux petits apéro et aux discussions autour d'une grande tablée . Idéal pour les familles de 5 à 6. Les grandes villes andalouses (Grenade, Cordoue, Malaga, Séville, Cadix, Marbella, Tarifa ) ne sont pas loin et les aller retour se font facilement dans la journée avec une voiture louée à l'aéroport. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. It was beautifully furnished, had great views and a fantastic roof terrace. The car stayed safe and (relatively) cool in the underground car park, and when not in the pool the kids made the most of the wifi / Internet. One thing to note is that the A/C is on a timer and only runs for two hours at a time. Mostly that was okay, understandable if mildly annoying, but when it got really hot during our stay, getting up every couple of hours to turn it back on so we could sleep in relative comfort was a pain. Minor gripe aside, Tania was a great host, and was there to meet us when we arrived. She was always happy to offer suggestions for places to eat and things to see, and even worked around our early morning departure on the last day. All in all though a lovely apartment and a fabulous host!

Lovely ground floor apartment with quite a bit of garden space. Apartment is modern (2 TV's, Netflix, great WiFi, wireless speakers and a nespresso coffee machine!). The main reason to go here is the largest pool in Europe, Alcazaba Lagoon. (Hidden by Airbnb) it, you love it, just like we did. Tania is a great host, very quick in her replies and there when you need her.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Estepona. Our host, Tania welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Communication was excellent. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. The location was fantastic, a perfect view of the beach, right in front of the apartment and a 5 minute walk to the the old town for a great selection of restaurants and bars. The hot tub and private terrace was certainly a bonus. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Tania as a host.

If you like being away from the crowd then the location is great. The Lagoon has various water activities with helpful staff. No need to visit the beach. The apartment was nice and clean with modern appliances. It also has a very large terrace space where we spent a lot of our time. We thoroughly enjoyed our break.

We had a great time at Louisa's place. The villa is fantastic and our children really enjoyed the week. It is not far from the city centre (30 min walk) and also at a walking distance from the main beaches in Estepona. The check-in was smoothly managed by Tania who did a great job (always approachable by email and (Hidden by Airbnb) ) and even gave us a hand through some difficulties we experienced during our stay. The house is superb, really worth the money spent. Just a very minor complaint, the pool could use more regular/deep cleaning to avoid the build-up of green algae. In general the house is very well equipped although we missed some kitchen appliances, for example a microwave oven, which are really handy when travelling with children.

The flat is larger than it looks in photos. younger families will enjoy the large balcony which catches the afternoon sunshine, and the bathrooms are great,. It faces SW over the Casares Golf course, which is an easy walk from the complex, as is the Finca Cortesin golf course which hosts events on the European Tour.
It’s very quiet in the Albatross, at the end of the C. Casares street, so a car is needed to get around, hence the 4* on location. Estepona is only a short 10 min drive, though.
Bright were great hosts, I had a stress-free visit to Casares Costa – thank you!

Everything was super clean, beautifully laid out and welcoming (lots of tips for restauants etc) and of course there are three big swimming pools very close by. It is so quiet there, no noise from residents or tenants, at the pool it is also peacefull and the lagoon is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended! The Bright Property team is always available and you can ask them everything day and night.

The private roof terrace, for sunbathing and dining, and the large communal rooftop pool, and short tennis court made it a holiday to remember for our family.
Really good wi-fi and a large satellite TV just added to the overall experience – in short, the apartment was everything you would wish for, and I am sure we will be staying there again one day.
Tania, the property manager, could not have been more helpful, from start to finish.
A definite 5 stars all round!
