Lovely ground floor apartment with sea views in Estepona

This lovely ground floor apartment is a lovely quiet private community with a very large pool and garden. It is on the beach side with direct access from the garden to the beach and pool. It also has direct access to its own garden and a terrace which is fully furnished with sun awnings, sun beds, dining table and comfy sofas.
The property is on a 140 square metre plot with 100 square metres of accommodation
It can sleep 4 adults (+ one child as it has a sofa bed.)

There is parking directly in the private street in front of the apartment. For this property you dont need a hire car as the nearest beach is only a 1 minute walk away. If you need any recommendations or help with this do let me know.
Location
On the west side of Estepona, and next to the H10 hotel, this apartment is 50 meters from the beach and has lovely sea views. This is by far the best area in Estepona, as it is very residential but only a short way from Estepona port and the old town. You can walk along the boulevard to Playa del Cristo in 5 minutes, Estepona port is another 15 minutes walk.
There is also a local bus that goes every half hour from the entrance to the resort.

Apartment has great location in quite and safe area, absolutely beautiful sea view from the terrace, sea sea is just nearby downstairs, swimming pool and area around is clean and quite. Apartment has everything you need + welcome basket which was really nice. Highly recommended.
