Our penthouse duplex is located at the luxurious beach front development La Perla de la Bahia, in Casares Costa. With spectacular views, its design was inspired by Moorish architecture, and built with high quality finish and very spacious elegant rooms and private terraces.

Surrounded by lush gardens, fountains and many swimming pools, La Perla has four peaceful outdoor pools, one of them which is heated year round, many sunbeds which to enjoy surroundings and relax. . The complex has direct beach access to the lovely La Sal beach and the long promenade on which you can walk directly to Sabinillas town and Duquesa Port, which has many restaurants and bars as well some of the most beautiful beaches with its many coves ideal for snorkeling, in the whole province of Malaga.

Overlooking the Mediterranean bay towards Morocco and Gibraltar it has been recently decorated and is over 200 sq meters. Facing Southeast, it has sun all day long.

The duplex is on 2 floors, it has 2 private terraces, 3 en-suite large bedrooms with brand new beds and mattresses and lovely new linens. Two of these bathrooms have a bath & separate shower. 

The ground floor has a very large living room and dining area with a fully furnished terrace directly overlooking the beach. Furnished with comfy sofas and an al-fresco dining area, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The fully equipped kitchen also has brand new washing machine and dryer in the utility room.  There is a large flat screen smart TV with all international TV channels and high speed WIFI.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, on has 2 single beds and a walk in shower and the second bedroom has a large queen size bed with a large bathroom with its own bathroom and separate shower. The main bedroom is upstairs, with views to the sea, and has its own private terrace with comfy sofas and table and chairs. The bedroom has its own very large bathroom with separate bath & walk in shower.

The urbanisation is fully gated and has 24h. security guards and video cameras. There is plenty of parking in front of the gate in Phase 3. There are lifts that go up to the apartment from the ground floor.

Only Half an hour away from the airport of Gibraltar and 60  minutes to Malaga Airport  it has a large selection of golf courses nearby, only a 5 minute drive is the most important one of them, Finca Cortesin Golf,  home in recent years to the famous VOLVO MASTERS and the prestigious Solheim Cup in 2023. Nearby golf courses include Casates Golf, Azata, Doña Julia, Valle Romano as well as Alcaidesa & Valderrama near Sotogrande. From here you can reach Estepona in under 10 minutes , Sotogrande in  10-15 minutes and Puerto Banus & Marbella in 30 minutes

Our open plan studio apartment has just been completely refurbished and is located in the private wing of Estepona’s 5-star luxury Bahia Beach complex. This fabulous apartment is located on the 5th floor and has fantastic views out across the various pools, tropical gardens and over the Mediterranean Sea. 

The complex has a front-line beach position with 170 rooms and 100 private apartments and is situated very close to Estepona. The world-class facilities include 3 large swimming pools in the gardens (one of them is heated year round) as well as a heated indoor pool in the wellness & spa area. There is a selection of restaurants and bars, which include the beach restaurant Spiller open for lunch and dinner, a pool bar, the lobby bar, and a restaurant that serves a high class breakfast and fine dining. There is also 24 hour room service available for our guests.

As well as direct and secure access to the beach and promenade directly in front, the  property benefits from the highest levels of 24h security. 

Facilities

Fully air conditioned, the bedroom area has a 4 poster handmade king size bed with plush bed linens, and a large flat screen TV with high speed WIFI and satellite TV with thousands of international channels and movies. The living space has a sofa with a dining table, The large luxurious  bathroom has a  walk in separate shower and a large bathtub, his & her sinks with a separate toilet and bidet. 

There is also a small kitchenette, with crockery, glasses, 2 induction hobs, a sink, fridge, kettle, a coffee machine and toaster. In the walk in cupboard area there is a safe, washing machine, Iron/board, hangers, and a hairdryer. 

A lift goes straight up to the apartment. Please note that the block has a few stairs to access the lift. The secure outdoor parking area is only a minute walk from the complex. 

Our guests have free access to the complex on-site wellness centre and spa, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, gym and steam room and the tennis court. 

Location

The Bahia Beach complex is located 4 km from the centre of Estepona. Set in El Padron Beach, the location on the New Golden Mile is just a short distance from a wide range of amenities including markets, shops and restaurants. By car, the center of Estepona can be reached in 5 minutes, and only a 20 minute walk or cycle  along the beautiful beach promenade. Only 15 minutes from Marbella. Malaga airport is 45 minutes away.

Over 70m2 it comprises a living room and dining area, an open plan designer kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large walk in shower, a cloakroom for guests. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. 

From the balcony, with the most amazing views, you can dine al fresco, and enjoy the outdoors. 

The large brand new open kitchen has all high end appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and a coffee machine.

Please note the balcony is only 1 meter high.

Over 110m2 comprises a large living room and dining area, an open plan designer kitchen, 2 en suite bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a lovely balcony from which to enjoy the views out to sea. 

There are 2 bedrooms, one en-suite master bedroom overlooking the sea with a Queen size bed and a large bathroom with a large bath tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is also a cloakroom for guests.

The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.

Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.

Fully airconditioned, it is on 3 floors and the large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 100 meters to the beach, very close to Estepona and all the amenities.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Location

This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.

If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

This lovely ground floor apartment is a lovely quiet gated private community with a very large pool and garden. This lovely ground floor apartment is a lovely quiet private community with a very large pool and garden. It is on the beach side with direct access from the garden to the beach and pool. It also has direct access to its own garden and a terrace which is fully furnished with sun awnings, sun beds, dining table and comfy sofas.

The property is on a 140 square metre plot with 100 square metres of accommodation

It can sleep 4 adults (+ one child as it has a sofa bed.)
