Our luxury apartment is on the beach front in the center of the beautiful town of Estepona. The building is directly on the pedestrianised beach walk so it is very peaceful. It has stunning sea views over the Med & towards Morocco. Very spacious and bright, it is on the 4th floor of an elegant block and has been completely renovated in 2024. It also has its own car parking space for the use of our guests directly under the building.
Decorated to the highest standards, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, it is a perfect place from which to relax and enjoy the town and beach.
Over 110 sq. meters it has a large living room and dining area, an open plan designer kitchen, 3bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely balcony. From the beautifully decorated large living room and main bedroom you have 180º views over the Med, Gibraltar and Morocco. From the balcony, you can dine al fresco, and enjoy the outdoors.
The master bedroom is en-suite and faces the sea with a Kingsize bed and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. These bedrooms share another bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The large brand new open kitchen has all high end SMEG appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a expresso machine.
Please note we cannot accept children under 10yrs as the balcony is only 1 meter high.
Please note the parking space is suitable for a medium size car

Fully Air conditioned, there is a large smart HD TV with NETFLIX, and high speed WIFI. A brand new fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home stay.
There is a lift that goes straight up to the apartment from street and the underground car park
Location
Only a 30 second walk from the beach, and in the heart of Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property. The area is full of small shops, supermarkets, a local butcher, a fresh fishmonger and a French bakery.
There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and beach bars. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes
