This beautifully furnished luxury penthouse near Duquesa Port and the golf club, is a very sunny and spacious property. It has just been completely renovated in 2021, and is furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped. The interior  is over 150 sq. meters and the terraces have over 40 sq. meters with fabulous views . It occupies the whole floor of the building and is very private.

Additionally, it has 3 terraces, the largest one overlooks the whole valley and the Mediterranean sea. It is fully furnished with comfy seating areas and sun loungers as well as a brand new BBQ. From this terrace you have ample space for sunbathing, barbecues and entertaining. It is South East facing so you can watch the stunning sunrises in the morning.

The penthouse sleeps 6 adults and has 3 bathrooms, two are en-suite plus an third guest bathroom with a walk in shower. The lounge and dining area are unusually spacious and bright and lead directly on to the terrace.

The bedrooms all have king size beds, two of which can be separated into 2 singles. All are very large and furnished to an exceptional standard with have ample walk in wardrobe space, each also has its own terrace and electric shutters.

The large brand new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a separate drying area with washing machine and airing facilities. We also provide a high chair for infants.

The bathrooms are furnished with the top quality tiling and fittings. The penthouse is in a lovely complex with lovely gardens as well as 3 pools, on a quiet street and very private.

Facilities

The apartment enjoys 24 hour security on site, full air conditioning and heating. Also, there is internal satellite TV with 1000’s of international TV channels, movies and series.  The TV is 50’. We also have WiFi installed in the property. Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level ( we have our own underground parking ) straight up to the apartment. 

Location

Our luxury penthouse is just 2 kilometers from Duquesa Port. It has stunning sea views over the Mediterranean & the hills, it is very close to Duquesa Golf and many other fabulous golf courses.

 It is a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Estepona old town. We recommend a car for this property as it is on a hill, although down the street, there are restaurants and shops and bars nearby which are only a 10 minute walk away.

Estepona Holiday Rentals Villas – El Antiguo Molino

This luxurious stunning finca was once an old mill and has been  extended & completely renovated. The main house is nearly 200 years old. Many of the old mill features have been restored and kept in pristine condition. It is completely private and has a beautiful pool and 4,500 square meters of pristine gardens and over 50 citrus trees.

With various patios and sitting areas , it is surrounded by nature and is the perfect place for guests and friends to relax. It also has a large private BBQ area. A rare opportunity to stay in the country yet only 1.5km (4 mins car or 20 minutes walk to beach /Estepona  Old Town )

The main house is over 200 square meters, has high ceilings with white wooden beams , the reception room is beautifully decorated with original mill feature, leading into dining room and kitchen.

A very large master bedroom en-suite with its own unique large bathtub and shower. It also has a  dressing room leading onto a private Andalusian tiled patio which has been carved into the rock.

Also a small bodega and a guest cloakroom.

There are 2 additional double bedrooms with a  Jack & Jill bathroom with shower.

It has a very large  and comfortable covered terrace with a  dining table and also comfortable seating/lounging area surrounded by flowers and bougainvilleas- There  large pool with additional seating areas, sunbeds & parasols with outdoor shower.

There is another  sunset terrace with large seating /entertaining area.

Set within the beautiful  gardens, there are 2 separate charming self contained 1 bed cottages, each of 70 square meters, in pretty gardens, each  with private entrance and each have their own private terrace. Each cottage has a sitting room, 5ft  (1m50) bed & bathroom with walk in shower.  Each  cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen.

Facilities

International TVs with Netflix, Prime . Sonos speaker music system for your own music . Fiber Optic wifi is available throughout the property. The gardens and pools are maintained daily and we offer cleaning services and change of linens once a week included in the price. If you require daily cleaning or cooking this can also be arranged for you separately.

Guest access
Our parking is private within the grounds and secured by an electric gate.

Please note the pool is not fenced in so if you bring children, please make sure to not leave them unattended.

Location

The accommodation is located just north of Estepona. We have not included a map for security reasons but we will provide the precise location for those who book.

With stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, our lovely and private Villa “Seghers” is located in a luxury residential area in Estepona. It is within a three minute walking distance to the well-known “Playa del Cristo” beach, and a 15-20 minute walk to Estepona Port. It is located in a privileged place on a hill, with lovely views over the sea. With its own pool and a beautiful garden with palm trees, it is the perfect place to enjoy the area.

WELCOME TO VILLA SEGHERS…..The lovingly decorated charming 4 bedroom Villa is very spacious and has a beautiful garden with palm trees and a private pool (not heated). It is on a very quiet and peaceful street and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and has plenty of street parking in front of the house.

There is a lovely outside dining and separate sitting area with comfy sofas and a Charcoal BBQ.

In the ground floor you will find the living room with chimney, access to the garden and terraces, and open-style kitchen with dining room, plus two twin bedded bedrooms which share a bathroom.

The main bedroom is located in the first floor, with a balcony (with views to Gibraltar /Africa) and an en-suite bathroom.

The Basement is beautifully decorated with comfy sofas, and we has another large twin bedded room with bathroom. Please note the 4th bedroom on basement level doesnt not have Airco/heat but it is very cool in summer and we have heaters for winter.

Further on, the spacious basement offers a gym with weights and a space to play games or recreation , and a perfect area to store any sports equipment (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.).

All of this, combined with the sunny terrace where you can dine al fresco and have barbecues, invites to a relaxing space for perfect vacation for the whole family. It is available for short term and also for winter longer lets.


Facilities

The property is maintained throughout the year and fully equipped. It has Air conditioning and heating.

The spacious basement is beautifully decorated and we has another large twin bedded room with bathroom. The basement offers a GYM with weights and a space to play games or recreation , and a perfect area to store any sports equipment (golf clubs, bicycles, etc.).

There is plenty of parking outside the main gate as it is a very quiet street.

The property is maintained throughout the year and fully equipped. It has Air conditioning and heating (except in basement level but it is very cool in summer). We can also accommodate large families or groups.

We are only 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 minutes by car

For this villa you dont need a hire car as the nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. If you need any recommendations or help with this do let us know. There is also a local bus that goes every hour a few minutes walk from the Villa.

There you will find a small bay with white sand, which leads gently into the water. Here you can let your eyes wander up to the Rock of Gibraltar. It is the perfect place to pamper your soul and also the ideal place to holiday with children. The beach features two popular beach bars, serving delicious Mediterranean food with live music in a relaxing setting.

Luxurious townhouse in Estepona

Accommodation

As you enter this luxurious townhouse in Estepona, you see the large open living room area with its 4 metre ceilings. Our unique  house is in one of the town’s most beautiful streets. It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,beaches, shops and amenities. The house was completely rebuilt in late 2019, and has featured in architectural magazines for its innovative design.

It is luxuriously finished and beautifully decorated to the highest standards: with a mixture of designer and retro furniture, it has  2 terraces & a rooftop sunbathing area. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fiber Optic WIFI & satellite TV is included. As you enter the house you see the large open living room area with 4 meter ceilings, it has a smaller sofa seating TV area with a balconette window,and a 60” smart TV.

From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvilleas and a BBQ area. There is a second larger living room area with sofas and comfortable armchairs. There is also a large dining table and a large open fully equipped state of the art kitchen. From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvillea’s & a built in BBQ area. It is shaded during the day and there is also a large sun awning to protect from the afternoon sun.

On the first floor we have an large en-suite master bedroom with a large king size high quality pocket spring bed and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a large balconette window from which you can enjoy the beautiful views.

The second bedroom also has a large king size high quality pocket sprung bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These share a large bathroom with a large walk in shower with a skylight.

All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and beautiful linens. All the wardrobes are hand made out of oak. The floors are highly polished cement. Each of the bedrooms has remote controlled fans should you not wish to use the air conditioning.

On the third floor you find an attic room with a separate laundry area, with washer/dryer, and a sofa from which you walk onto the beautiful decorated terrace with an outdoor shower with comfy loungers as well as a roof terrce with sun beds.

Fully air conditioned, the temperature can be regulated individually in each room.

We have a water filter so you not need to buy water.

There is a safe in the main bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE:

As this house sleeps 6, if you are only 2 persons please ask us and we will offer you a special discount.

I will meet you at the property on arrival (please note: late nights are not  possible for me, if your flight arrives after 7pm we can offer a late check in for 50Euros on occasion).

Therefore when you make a booking, please let me know the flight numbers, arrival & departure times and how you will be traveling to Estepona so I can meet you with the keys.

You do not need a car for this property as it has all the amenities within a few minutes walk.

Parking: As the whole town in pedestrianised we are only allowed to drop off luggage by the house , we will arrange a parking space for you which is a 500 meters walk, please let us know at the time of booking so we can organize it, or if you come by taxi. 

Please note: we do not usually allow children under 7yrs as the property has many staircases and low balconies so please check with us first.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have included Fiber Optic WIFI & satellite TV for your convenience.

The interior has over 200 square meters and is on 3 floors; as well as lower terrace. It has a large terrace on the third floor, with lounge seating area and outdoor shower, and a smaller roof top terrace with sun loungers. From the top terraces you get stunning un-spoilt 360 views over the Sierra Bermeja mountain and the old town below you with its quaint roof tops.

Location

Our unique house is in one of the town’s most beautiful streets in a very peaceful area. It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,shops and amenities.

Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them.  There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.

 It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.

On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants. There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants. 

Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”.

Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away.

This luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is decorated with  fine antiques. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a fireplace and dining area for six people. From there you can walk onto the three  private sea facing terraces , with individual seating areas. From the terrace you can also walk to the pool area and the beach.

Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with views to the sea, the master has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, the other two bedrooms, are a double and  a twin both share a large bathroom with a bathtub. The two front bedrooms have their own private terraces with views over the sea and pool.

Facilities

Ground floor has a fully equipped  kitchen with a large American style fridge, ice maker & filtered water. There is a washing machine, oven, and hob.   Plus a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and there are many sun loungers from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. The Community is gated and has an allocated parking space in front of the house. The neighbourhood is very quiet and upmarket and has its own direct access to the beach.



Location

This luxury beach townhouse is at Alcazaba Beach. This is an upmarket resort right on the beach by the seawalk to Estepona. It has views to the Mediterranean and the strait of Gibraltar and Morocco. Alcazaba Beach is two kilometres walk to the town of Estepona. West facing it has plenty of sunshine and three large terraces.

Nearby you can walk into Estepona and its many cafes and shops, pharmacy, and restaurants. Estepona’s main bus station is only 5 minute’s walk. There is a large hypermarket Carrefour within walking distance also as well as many beach restaurants.
You can also walk on the brand new promenade to the exclusive resort of Laguna Village, which has its own pool club, Puro Beach, shops and restaurants and cafes.

You don’t need a car for this property . Public transport is good in this area and it is possible to walk to most places. Estepona is a midsized town, which is only 2 kilometres away. It has a beautiful beach promenade which goes on for miles and a lovely fishing port.

This large luxury beach townhouse boasts 3 floors, 3 large bedrooms, 3 brand new bathrooms, a kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom , big wardrobes and 3 terraces. It has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.

Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.

Fully airconditioned, it is on 3 floors and the large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 100 meters to the beach, very close to Estepona and all the amenities.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Location

This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.

If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

Grand Spanish Private Villa with spectacular views

This Estepona Holiday Rentals Villa with its large private pool, sun loungers, dining area, and charcoal BBQ and palm tree lined garden is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea views and good food.

The property is maintained throughout the year and is fully equipped having both air conditioning and heating (except in the lower level). The villa is very cool in summer and we can accommodate large families or groups.

Facilities

This elegantly rustic and charming four bedroom villa is over 500 square meters and so it is very spacious. The villa has been decorated with fine Indian and Asian artifacts

On the top floor you will find the living space, a large lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen. Leading off there is the stunning outside seating area with comfy sofas.

To the side is the master bedroom with a king size bed and walk in closet as well as a large en-suite bath & shower.

On the ground floor we have another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in marble showers.  One is a queen size and the others are twins which can be accommodated into double beds. The bedrooms have large terrace windows directly accessing the pool and garden area.
