This large luxury beach townhouse boasts 3 floors, 3 large bedrooms, 3 brand new bathrooms, a kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom , big wardrobes and 3 terraces. It has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.
Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.
Fully airconditioned, it is on 3 floors and the large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
From here you walk directly onto a large terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and walk to the beach 1 minute from there. The main terrace has an outside dinning area and plenty of sun/shade.
On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has its own private terrace with sea views.
The third floor has a beautiful bedroom with a single bed, and a foldable bed for a 6th person /young adult. It has its own private terrace as well as an office space and its own bathroom with walk in shower.
In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 100 meters to the beach, very close to Estepona and all the amenities.
There is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and has high end appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Location
This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.
If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.
There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

This will be our third year of using Bright property for our winter break. I can state that Tania and her staff have been excellent with attention to detail during our stays. During the recent virus lockdown we have been looked after like family which has been a comfort to us. Both properties we have used have lived up to, and beyond expectation. We hope to continue this arrangement in future as it gives us peace of mind knowing that all is catered for.
