We offer our properties all year round. However, there are times when some or all of them may already be booked or blocked for other reasons. All of ourowners maintain and frequently refurbish and/or decorate their properties.

Nearly all of them have a pool of their own and those that don’t have access to a communal pool and for those properties close to the sea then there are fabulous beaches and other amenities all over.


Other Things

We recommend taking a drink or a snack at one of the many chiringuitos all around the area. Especially after a hard day’s sunbathing and swimming at the beach. Many of them do barbecue food and the smell and taste of fresh fish cooking on the barbie is wondrous. Especially if you have a cold one to hand!

The Old Town has many lovely plazas and squares that have lots of great restaurants, bars and cafés.

Estepona Holiday Rentals Villas – Villa Hope

Luxury villa w/pool close to the beach and Estepona

Accommodation

This stunning villa has been recently renovated, with private gardens and a large swimming pool, it is in a great location and is only 1 kilometer to the beach and nearby to the town of Estepona, Duquesa and Sotogrande areas.  It has a large tropical garden with palms, fruit and olive trees. It’s elegantly furnished, very spacious and bright and has sunshine all day. 

Fully Airconditioned, with over 200 square meters of build area, it is on 2 floors and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as  3 separate outside terrace areas. It sleeps 6 people comfortably.

The garden is just under 200 square meters  the detached villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a large swimming pool of 8×4 meters with sunbeds and a large patio terrace with a seating area and comfy sofas, as well as a separate outside dining area for 6 people. 

The open plan living room has a 50” TV, it is very spacious and has an extremely comfortable seating area. The separate dining area has a large dining table, which overlooks the back courtyard, ideal for having breakfast in the sun. From both these areas you can access the main terrace and patios through the large sliding windows. 

On the first floor is the large master bedroom, with en-suite It has its own sun terrace with beautiful views looking towards the sea. The bedroom has a super king size bed. The ample bathroom has its own bathtub and a separate walk in shower. 

Downstairs, in the main house,  there are 2 additional bedrooms, one has a Queen size bed and the the third bedroom has a queen pull out bed. These share the ground floor bathroom with a large walk in shower. 

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and a large American style fridge.

Location

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 30 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 50 minutes. 

We do recommend a car for this property as it’s a 1 kilometer to the beach it has a 15minute walk. The nearby town of Estepona can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There are also many golf courses in the nearby area.

Estepona Holiday Rentals Villas – Villa De La Fuente

Accommodation

The beautiful Villa De La Fuente is a property built in Andalusian style, with private gardens and swimming pool. It has a front line view of the  El Paraiso Golf course as well as the stunning Sierra Blanca mountain, it’s well furnished, very spacious and  bright. 

Fully Airconditioned, over  2,800 square feet of build area, comprising of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, 2 large terraces, and an annex with separate living area and kitchenette. It sleeps 10 people comfortably.

With over 17 500 square feet of land, the detached villa is surrounded by lush gardens and a good sized swimming pool with sun shades, sunbeds and a large shaded patio terrace with a seating area and comfy sofas as well as a dining area for 10 people. 

The Main Villa:  

The elegant open plan living room has a 45” TV & satellite channels, it is very spacious and has an extremely comfortable sitting area. The separate dining area has a grand marble dining table, which overlooks the fountain courtyard. From these areas you can access the main terrace and courtyard through the large sliding windows. 

On the first floor is the large master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. It has its own large sun terrace with beautiful views. The terrace has sun all day and is set up with a large chillout area and a second dining area to enjoy the evenings dining al fresco under the stars.  The bedroom has a super king size bed, and is over 600  square ft. The ample bathroom has its own bathtub and a separate walk in shower. 

Downstairs, in the main house,  there are 2 additional large bedrooms both with  super king size beds. Each have a large  en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath and shower ,as well as a separate cloakroom for guests.

The ample kitchen has an island and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home

The Annex:

The annex has separate front door from the house, with its entrance five steps away from the kitchen door. It has 2 bedrooms, both are en-suite with double sinks with combined bath tub/shower. 

One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the second bedroom has a super king size bed. 

It has a lovely living area with dining table and comfortable seating area.

Only a 45 minute drive from either Malaga Airport.or Gibraltar Airport. 15 minutes from Puerto Banus and 25 minutes from Marbella. The beach is just 5 minutes away by car or a 15 minute stroll. 

Within easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops, there are several  top class golf courses and tennis  and padel clubs, bowling and horse riding in the area. Mountain walks and bird watching in the nearby Sierras Three miles from Selwo  Safari Park. Regular markets in nearby towns. There is a dive and watersports center in the nearby  Attalaya  Park Hotel and accessible acqua parks for the children including Torremolinas.  Many superb restaurants of all cuisines.  Near to the bustling port and night life of Puerto Banus and the wonderful shops in Marbella and the vibrant village of Benahavis and accessible to the cultural Malaga. Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals Properties

Accommodation

In an idylic setting, between Estepona and Casares, Alcazaba Lagoon comprises of 1.4 hectares of pristine blue water and sandy beaches. Surrounded  by beautiful landscapes, and exotic gardens, it is a paradise for numerous water sports. Some of these include paddle surfing, canoeing, and kayaking. It offers almost all the un-powered water sports in a safe setting for your enjoyment.

Alcazaba Lagoon is 8 kilometers West of the town of Estepona , and only a 12 minute drive. It is an exclusive resort with its own man made sweet water lagoon and white sand beaches and pools. It has 2 restaurants on site, the Chiloe restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner year round.

There is also a Gym, a sauna and hot tub and a small shop selling drinks and wines.

 All activities at the Lagoon are free of charge for our guests as well as the use of Paddle boards, kayaks and pedalos.

Surrounded by nature, as well as the Lagoon, it also has beautiful  large exotic gardens and 2 pools by the buildings that are open year round (not heated).

Please note the Lagoon is owned privately and managed  by a separate entity from our Alcazaba Lagoon gardens and pools.

The Lagoon entry policy is that to enter the Lagoon each guest will receive one pass/wristband per bedroom in the apartment (i.e. a 2 bedroom apartment will get 4 passes/a 3 bed will get 6 passes). Children under 2 years do not need a pass. Please keep these wristbands (passes) safe as they are expensive & difficult to replace and make sure you leave them inside the apartment upon check out.

The beach restaurant usually is closed on Tuesdays. In high season, once you arrive, please make a booking as July & August can get quite busy.

Please reserve a place once you book your accommodation as they have limited outside guests allowed.

Facilities

There are always 4 lifeguards posted for safety reasons.

For safety & legal reasons, no swimming is permitted inside the main part of the  Lagoon.

Only wind powered vessels are allowed (single hull).

It is OBLIGATORY for the use of the Lagoon:

The use of life jackets (These are provided free of charge)

No running as the surface is slippery

Parents must sign a consent form upon entry for all children under 18yrs.

Adult supervision is obligatory for children at all times.

Young adults between the ages of 13 & 18, may use the Lagoon unsupervised.

No private sunbeds or sunshades are allowed.

No Glass allowed

No animals

There are plenty of kayaks, canoes, paddle boards to share and life vests available free of charge.

As well as the Lagoon, the beaches and the swimming pools inside the Lagoon, they have installed various hot tubs and a sauna.. as well as a volleyball court and a GYM.

We recommend you bring special non-slip shoes as the surface is a little slippery.

Location

Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals Properties. This is home to the first ever crystal clear lagoon in Europe in Casares. It is just 8 kilometers west of the town of Estepona.

Located 4,4 kilometers from the A7 and supermarkets and the beaches,they are a 5 minute drive away ,and a 12 minute drive to Estepona Port and old town. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 35 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 35 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 55 minutes. 

Alcazaba Lagoon consists of 170 units of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. All the properties have large rooms, marble floors and brand new kitchens. This beautiful development has an eye catching design of white modern lines and gentle outlines. The very private terraces are south-facing and have fantastic views and plenty of light.


Lagoon Opening Dates

The lagoon is normally open from 1st April to 30th November. In low season (October to April) this  may vary depending on the weather. The apartments and its gardens and pools are open year round.

Opening Times (please note this may vary depending on weather conditions)..

From 1st April to 31st May the lagoon is normally open from 11 to 18:00, 7 days a week.

From 1st June to 31st August the lagoon is open from 11 to 20:00, 7 days a week.

From the 1st of September to the of 30th November the lagoon is open from 11 to 18:00, 7 days a week.

This brand new ground floor apartment is in block 2, and is decorated with elegant and ultra-eclectic furniture. It can sleep 4 adults. Just under 100 sq. metres it has a fully furnished terrace.

All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. It enjoys a terrace with seating and is in a very peaceful area.
It has 2 bedrooms, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom.

It has a brand new stunning fully equipped state of the art open kitchen with high end appliances, oven, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. Being ground floor it’s easily accessible for children and elderly persons.

There is always plenty of parking outside.

This modern ground floor apartment is in a very peaceful area, and is decorated with elegant and ultra-modern furniture. It can sleep 5 adults. Just under 100 sq. m it has a fully furnished terrace with a soft sofa and glass curtains. All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. It enjoys a second terrace with seating and lovely views overlooking the resort of Alcazaba Lagoon.

There are 3 bedrooms, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom. There is a third bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed.

We booked two apartments through Tania, the penthouse and the ground floor (3bed) apartment. Both were extremely spacious and fully equipped. All the kids loved the 2 swimming pools and the Lagoon with water sports was a great addition.
The restaurant within the Lagoon is beautiful (although slightly pricey and not open for evening meals which was a shame).
Everything you need in one location and only a 10min drive into Estepona.
Will definitely go back.
