In the heart of Estepona, this luxury beachfront duplex penthouse has stunning sea views over the Med & towards Morocco. It has been refurbished and is beautifully decorated to the highest standards with clean modern lines to make the most of your comfort and the space. Over 120 sq.m interior, and over 100m of terraces. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 decorated terraces, one by the living room, and has its own private roof terrace w/ dining area, shower, loungers and sunbeds. It has a shared pool & tennis on 5th floor.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom which has a king size bed and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a further bed. Also, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size double bed and its own tiled Moroccan bathroom. This bedroom is on the top floor with direct access to the roof terrace.
Facilities
The brand new kitchen has all high end appliances. This includes a dishwasher, a washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. We have a large 60″ curved smart HD TV. This connects to an international satellite with over 1000 channels. Additionally, it has movie channel. TV Series box sets, as well as Apple TV for Netflix users. There is Fibre Optic internet connectivity and a WiFi router.
Additionally, the building has its own roof top pool & tennis court. These are for the exclusive use of owners and guests. Please note: Pool is normally open April to end of September (not heated) . There is a fully decorated 100 square meter roof terrace. This boasts a shower, a dining area, lounge area and sunbeds as well as exterior sink & fridge.
You can dine al fresco on the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing views. Enjoy the outdoors and relax in the hot tub. The terrace is beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and it has a lounge area for 6 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family.
Finally, the building has its own an underground car park. We include a parking space in the rental should you decide to rent a car.
Location
Our luxury beachfront penthouse is in the heart of Estepona old town. It has stunning sea views over the Mediterranean & towards Morocco. Also, as it is only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you do not need a car for this property.

Leuk verblijf, goede communicatie, ideaal gelegen.
Top dat we bij aankomst al meteen iets hadden om te eten.
Ook leuk dat we iets langer konden blijven op de dag van vertrek (handig met een klein kindje).
De trap naar de kamer boven (en naar het terras) is wel gevaarlijk. Je geraakt er wel aan gewend na een tijdje. Maar: het is niet eenvoudig om een valies mee te nemen naar boven om te legen.
We overwegen om nog eens terug te keren รฉรฉn van de komende jaren.

Excellent location! Spacious apartment on top floor. Glorious morning view watching sunrise from the living area or balcony. Friendly, in person greeting. Good communication, even provided top notch recommendation for requested beauty salon. Thoughtfully stocked refrigerator and snacks arranged before our arrival. Washer/dryer worked well. Subterranean parking. Enjoyed the inflatable hot tub, too, while stargazing at night. Highly recommend.

Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten war kleiner als erwartet. Stauraum ist genรผgend vorhanden, aber kaum eine Ablage. Die vorhanden Heizkรถrper haben zum Glรผck die untere Wohnung ausreichend wรคrmen kรถnnen, besonders bei geschlossen Tรผren. Im Penthaus-Schlafzimmer und -Bad war es sicherlich eher kalt. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist insgesamt sehr klein und ohne Schrank und nur wenig Stauraum, allerdings optimal ausgefรผllt. Handtรผcher standen ausreichend zur Verfรผgung, die Kรผche war gut ausgerรผstet, auch mit Verbrauchsmaterial. Das Wohn-Esszimmer konnten wir uns mit Kerzen gemรผtlich machen. Netflix hat wunderbar funktioniert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, dank auch an Debbie fรผr die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation vor Ort. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr hilfreich.

Fantastic apartment and every bit as lovely as the photographs. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the location is right on the beach front. We visited in September so it was quiet and just what we were looking for - a chilled relaxing break. The nearby beach bars served great food and there are many restaurants to choose from in the town which is a 5 minute walk away. We hired a car but unless you are looking to travel outside Estepona you really don't need it. Tania met us on arrival and the welcome pack provided was a lovely touch - the prosecco didn't last the half-hour! We definitely recommend and would do a return visit.

Apartment is amazing overlooking the sea with views of Gibraltar and north Africa. 7 of us had plenty of space to relax inside and on the terrace. Being on the top floor, we found it very quite, despite being a central location, the main sound was the sea. The beach goes on for miles and there are plenty of sun beds available at various bards. The resort is excellent with great restaurants and a real Spanish vibe to the town.

Such a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, ideally situated for the beach and the old town with all its fabulous restaurants. The apartments is lovely, everything is beautifully clean, we were very impressed with the kitchen sooooo many cups , glasses , plates etc . Lots of lovely towels, the beds were comfortable, not a thing to pick up on just perfect. We used the roof top pool which is great too, we didn't bother with the Jacuzzi! i've no doubt we'll return to Estepona and hopefully 4A mirasol!

Tania is indeed a Super Host!!! We absolutely adored the space, and every possible amenity was provided. Tania was also terrific about giving us tips about local activities and places to shop, and so forth, that made our stay just that much better. There were four of us in the condo, and that worked out very well indeed. We stayed for two weeks and loved the way the sleek and beautiful condo--right on the water--made us feel cozy and safe and well taken care of, so that we could enjoy our many adventures. We went to many of the white villages (don't miss Jubrique) and Ronda, as well as Sevilla, Gibraltar and Morocco, and two of us went to Madrid on the high speed train (really great) for three days. We also did horseback riding along the Atlantic, off-road motor-biking, and a crazy crazy hike up in the Sierra Bermeja. Plus, of course, we walked and jogged all over Estepona. In particular, try to catch a service at Nuestra Seรฑora de Remedios. Charming children's choir and guitars, and the flamenco at Pena Flamenco was probably some of the best in the world. Enjoy!

We had two weeks staying in this fabulous apt and can highly recommend it. The location is just perfect, right on the beach and with the town right behind you. Everything was spotlessly clean and the extra touches of a welcome pack was really nice enabling you to have a brew as soon as you arrive before having to think about getting shopping in was lovely.
The apt itself is very stylishly appointed and has everything you need for a home from home stay, i.e. washing, dishwashing machines etc. The roof terrace is a great place to relax with very comfortable chairs and a great eating area too, also there is a balcony which also has comfortable chairs to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun set. We used the rooftop pool quite a few times and it was never busy which was nice and there are plenty of sunloungers.
Our communications with Tania were excellent, very prompt replies and extremely helpful.
I can highly recommend this place and certainly hope to return one day.

Our family of 6 had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the penthouse in Estepona. It has excellent facilities ( including 3 bathrooms, a large terrace and a good sized seafront balcony) with loads of space and easy access to a rooftop swimming pool which is little used by other (Website hidden by Airbnb) has an unrivalled position on the seafront directly overlooking the promenade and beach and is within 5 minutes walk of the old town with its restaurants and bars. Estepona is a lovely relaxing town which feels authentically Spanish and not merely a tourist resort like many others in the area. We will seriously consider returning.

Tania was an excellent host during the booking process but also during our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location right by the beach and old town with its numerous bars and restaurants. The bedroom on the top floor is rather small and the spiral staircase is quite narrow but apart from that the accommodation is excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Estepona. Our host, Tania welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Communication was excellent. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. The location was fantastic, a perfect view of the beach, right in front of the apartment and a 5 minute walk to the the old town for a great selection of restaurants and bars. The hot tub and private terrace was certainly a bonus. We would certainly recommend this apartment and Tania as a host.

The private roof terrace, for sunbathing and dining, and the large communal rooftop pool, and short tennis court made it a holiday to remember for our family.
Really good wi-fi and a large satellite TV just added to the overall experience – in short, the apartment was everything you would wish for, and I am sure we will be staying there again one day.
Tania, the property manager, could not have been more helpful, from start to finish.
A definite 5 stars all round!
