Recently furnished, this apartment is in Block 1, the nearest to the Lagoon, and enjoys all the commodities needed for a great vacation. The Lagoon is only a minutes walk away as is the lower swimming pool in the gardens.
Decorated with elegant and designer modern furniture. It can sleep 4 adult and a child has it has a brand new sofa bed. It has a very lovely terrace and stunning views over the Lagoon and to the sea. As its south facing it has sunshine all day.
The living room has a large white leather sofa, and a large flat screen LCD TV with Netflix and dining area with a glass and chrome table.
There are large sliding windows from which to enjoy the panoramic views. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dinning with an outside a dining area that can seat up to 6 people.
The 2 en-suite bedrooms are brand new and recently decorated. With beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin bed and a separate bathroom for its own use.
The brand new, beautifully designed open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances, oven & microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, washing machine & dishwasher. There is underground parking and a lift that goes straight up to the apartment.

Apartment was beautiful/bright & “clean”! Great facilities, kitchen (if you want to use it!) Comfy chairs/bed etc. And location for the lagoon was perfect, just walk across the road?. … Communication with Bright Property Mgt, was superb, Tania gave full information via email, and then Carlos met us with the keys, and was just at the end of the phone for any probs , top service- thank you …. Will use again?

It’s been the 3th time that we’re renting in Alcazaba Lagoon and as always everything was perfect! It’s like coming home. Nice view from the terras, clean appartment, kitchen fully equipped, you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Towels are also available even for the swimming pool. It is so quiet there, no noise from residents or tenants, at the pool it is also peacefull and the lagoon is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended! The Bright Property team is always available and you can ask them everything day and night.
