This large luxury beach townhouse boasts 3 floors, 3 large bedrooms, 3 brand new bathrooms, a kitchen, a downstairs cloakroom , big wardrobes and 3 terraces. It has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.
Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.
Fully airconditioned, it is on 3 floors and the large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has its own private terrace with sea views.
The third floor has a beautiful bedroom with a single bed, and a foldable bed for a 6th person /young adult. It has its own private terrace as well as an office space and its own bathroom with walk in shower.
In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 100 meters to the beach, very close to Estepona and all the amenities.
There is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped and has high end appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Location
This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.
If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.
There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

The flat was exactly as described, a lovely place with lots of room, well equipped, close to a nice swimming pool and the beach. There was even a nice patio and small garden to sit out, the owners were very communicative and really helpful.
The flat is a little bit outside of Estepona so a rental car is certainly helpful but it was also nice to get away from the tourists in a quite neighborhood. We found lots of good restaurants in Estepona old town and down by the marina, we also preferred the beaches in Estepona.
Thanks for letting us stay at your place, we had a good time and would love to return again one day.

Schöner Ort zum Entspannen! Gut eingerichtete Küche.
Privater Strandzugang über Treppen. Recht enge Bebauung der Reihenhäuser, allerdings zu unserer Aufenthaltszeit viele Häuser leer, so dass man sich nicht so beengt fühlte.
Im Haus soweit alles der Beschreibung entsprechend, allerdings bis auf wenige Kleiderbügel in den großen Wandschränken keine Möglichkeit Kleidung zu lagern. Einlegeböden nicht vorhanden.
Wir waren sechs Wochen dort. Geputzt wurde anders als der Beschreibung zu entnehmen nur zwei Mal.
Strom musste extra bezahlt werden, was für uns nochmal ein gehöriger Aufpreis war, obwohl wir nicht geheizt haben, sondern lediglich Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler normal benutzt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, angegliedert an einen 1A gepflegten Garten mit Pool und Privatem Zugang zum Strand. Die Stadt ist nur wenige km entfernt. Man kann auch direkt am Strand zur Stadt gelangen. Wir haben die Zeit dort richtig genossen und können nur die allerbeste Empfehlung aussprechen!

Très belle villa mitoyenne, les pieds dans l'eau (piscine et mer). Très bien équipée, elle permet d'y séjourner confortablement. La villa reste éloignée des commerces de proximité et des centres d'intérêt. Une voiture s'impose donc. Le trés bon accueil et la réactivité de notre hôte sont à souligner. La villa fait partie d'un ensemble de villas, donc règne une ambiance de voisinage qui reste sympathique !

We were 5 people staying at the apartment, it was perfect, peaceful and private with a lovely swimming pool with great hosts Tania and Marcella. There were the basics there on arriving which is always a nice touch we did think the port and the old town of Estapona was a little too far to walk so we used taxis, also there are no convenience shops to hand. Although we didn’t hire a car, I think i might recommend one. But just to add we had a wonderful week and would recommend this lovely apartment.

A very nice house, great host, we had a very nice vacation. The host provided a list of recommended restaurants in the area and they were all excellent. For us the best part about the house was a big jasmine plant which is growing on the tarrace which gives this unbelievable smell in the evening. Great stay, thank you!

Bahia Doncella is the best place we could imagine for our vacation. The beach is very close, not crowded and the entry into the see is fine also for kids. the place generally is very quiet and green. appt is clean big and modern, it has all furniture you need for cooking. I can recommend to all "demanding" people 🙂
