Our beautiful house is in the old town in the heart of the city of Estepona. It is on a cobbled street close to the 18th Century Church and Plaza Bejines. The house is spacious and bright, it has 3 floors, it has been renovated and has preserved the Spanish charm.
This house is situated 5 minutes walk from everything you need for a very
comfortable stay, it is a perfect place from which to relax and enjoy the atmosphere
of the old town, the city centre and the beaches.
Over 130 sq. meters with a large living room and dining area, an open plan kitchen on the first floor, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the second floor and a lovely private terrace to the lounge on the roof on the third floor. From the roof you have a picturesque views of the Sierra Bermeja, the church and the white houses. This house is perfect for adults, 2 couples or a family with 2 children, there is also an extra small child bed, if needed.
The master bedroom is en-suite and has a large bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, that can be pulled apart to make 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with a walk in shower. The large brand new open kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home stay.
Facilities
Fully Air conditioned, there is a smart HD TV with Apple-TV connection, and high speed WIFI. There is also a washing machine and iron equipment on the third floor.
Location
Only a few minute’s walk to the beach, and in the heart of Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property.
The area is full of small shops, supermarkets, a local butcher, a fresh fishmonger and a French bakery. There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and beach bars.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.
