This ultra modern 1st floor apartment is in block 15, and is decorated with exquisite elegant and carefully selected antiques pieces and art. It can sleep 4 adults. All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The terrace has amazing views overlooking the resort of Alcazaba Lagoon and its gardens and pools and the lovely mountains. Guests can enjoy all the facilities Alcazaba Lagoon provides free of charge.
From the large living room you have panoramic views and a beautifully decorated terrace. IIt has 2 bedrooms, with high quality beds and linens, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom, both have walk in showers.

It has a brand new stunning fully equipped state of the art open kitchen with high end appliances, oven & fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. It has a lift so its easily accessible for older persons.

Facilities

The complex has a beautiful garden and a very large pool & sunchairs for the exclusive use of residents and guests. The Lagoon is a 3 minute walk and the pool is only a 1 minute walk.
Surrounded by nature and the proximity of the Lagoon to the golf course and beaches makes it ideal for golfers and nature lovers. It is the perfect place to relax.
There is 24 hour security at the entrance. The swimming pool areas in the gardens are surrounded by beautifully maintained exotic gardens, the pools are open year round (but not heated).
Please note:
We dont have underground parking but there is plenty of parking in street below block 15.

The apartment enjoys full air conditioning and heating. The smart TV is 55’. We also have high speed WiFi installed in the property. Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from street level up to the apartment so it is suitable for guests with limited mobility as well.
Please note: There are cameras but these are covered when we have guests.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.
A few minutes drive to the beach and 15 minutes to the beautiful village of Casares and Estepona which has many restaurants and cafes. Duquesa port is only 10 minutes away.
We recommend a car for this property.
