Modern First Floor Apartment with stunning views to the Lagoon
Recently furnished, this apartment is in Block 1, the nearest to the Lagoon, and enjoys all the commodities needed for a great vacation. The Lagoon is only a minutes walk away as is the lower swimming pool in the gardens.
Decorated with elegant and designer modern furniture. It can sleep 4 adult and a child has it has a brand new sofa bed. It has a very lovely terrace and stunning views over the Lagoon and to the sea. As its south facing it has sunshine all day.
The living room has a large white leather sofa, and a large flat screen LCD TV with Netflix and dining area with a glass and chrome table.
There are large sliding windows from which to enjoy the panoramic views. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dinning with an outside a dining area that can seat up to 6 people.
The 2 en-suite bedrooms are brand new and recently decorated. With beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin bed and a separate bathroom for its own use.
The brand new, beautifully designed open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances, oven & microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, washing machine & dishwasher. There is underground parking and a lift that goes straight up to the apartment.

Desde el apartamento llegas caminando a la laguna en dos minutos. Un sitio muy recomendable para descansar y si quieres salir de la urbanización, en 3 kms tienes de todo.

This brand new ground floor apartment is in block 2, and is decorated with elegant and ultra-eclectic furniture. It can sleep 4 adults. Just under 100 sq. metres it has a fully furnished terrace.
All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. It enjoys a terrace with seating and is in a very peaceful area.
It has 2 bedrooms, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom.
It has a brand new stunning fully equipped state of the art open kitchen with high end appliances, oven, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. Being ground floor it’s easily accessible for children and elderly persons.
There is always plenty of parking outside.
Surrounded by nature and the proximity of the Lagoon to the golf course and beaches makes it ideal for golfers and nature lovers. It is the perfect place to relax. There is underground parking and lifts that go straight up to the apartments.

Appartement parfait, propre équipement de bonne qualité, la literie est également parfaite.
La résidence est calme avec le lagoon à disposition cadre plus qu’agréable.
Très bonne communication à Tania et Marcella.
Voiture obligatoire, les commerçants sont un peu éloignés mais si vous cherchez du calme c’est la bas qu’il faut aller.

We booked two apartments through Tania, the penthouse and the ground floor (3bed) apartment. Both were extremely spacious and fully equipped. All the kids loved the 2 swimming pools and the Lagoon with water sports was a great addition.
The restaurant within the Lagoon is beautiful (although slightly pricey and not open for evening meals which was a shame).
Everything you need in one location and only a 10min drive into Estepona.
Will definitely go back.
