This beautifully furnished luxury penthouse in BelAir Estepona is very sunny and spacious.  It is over 120 sq. metres and has fabulous views. Additionally, it has 2 terraces, one of which covers the roof. The roof terrace has 360º views of the sea and also views of the famous La Concha mountain. From this terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea and sunset over the mountains. It enjoys enormous space for sunbathing, barbecues and entertaining.

The penthouse sleeps 6 adults and has 3 bathrooms. The lounge and dining area are unusually spacious and lead to a terrace that enjoys sea views. The bedrooms are all furnished to an exceptional standard and have ample wardrobe space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and coffee maker. There is a separate drying area with washing machine and airing facilities.

The bathrooms are furnished with the top quality tiling and fittings.The penthouse is in a lovely complex, on a quiet street and very private.


Facilities

The apartment enjoys full air conditioning and heating and has a safe. Also, there is satellite TV and a DVD player. We have WiFi installed in the property. Additonally, there are lifts in the building that go to the garage level ( underground parking ) as well as the apartments.

It has a very large pool and beautiful gardens. Also, In the summer we have a lifeguard from 10am until 8pm.



Location

This luxury penthouse in BelAir, Estepona is offered for holiday rental. The property is in the exclusive area of BelAir and Los Flamingos and is close to the Taraje reservoir. There are many local shops, bars and restaurants close by.

Lovely townhouse on the seafront between Estepona Port and Casares Costa

This superb and very large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach property has just been updated and has its own access to the beach from the terrace where you can walk all along the beach front promenade for miles.

It has spilt level floors, a fully equipped kitchen, big wardrobes and 2 beach facing terraces on 2 levels which get sun all day. 

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, Fiber Optic WIFI & TV is included, 4 swimming pools and a tennis court.

This  large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay and is only a 9 minute drive to Estepona and all the amenities. 

Facilities

Over 150 square meters, as you go up a few steps you have the charming living room with a large comfy sofa and dining area with views to the sea and access to both terraces. Up a few steps, in the mezzanine area we have the original decorative ‘70s copper chimney and a large TV. 

All  the bedrooms/bathrooms are downstairs, facing the sea with direct access to the lower terrace. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second  bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. They share a second bathroom with bath/shower. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has every appliance, including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. 

Location

In a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, the house is 2 meters to the beach, a very close drive to Estepona and all the amenities, and to Sabinillas and Duquesa port. 

It has 4 pools and a tennis court for the use of guests a few minutes walk away.

The property has just been completely refurbished and it has its own private access to the great beach from the communal gardens. There is direct access from the terrace to the garden and pool.

Spread over 120 square meters, the ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a large smart TV. From here you can walk directly onto a terrace facing the sea and the communal pool and the beach. The main terrace faces west and has an outside dining area with plenty of shade.

Fully airconditioned, it is on 3 floors and the large townhouse has everything you would need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Location

This superb luxury beach townhouse in Estepona is in a lovely quiet residential neighbourhood. The house is 100 meters from the beach (Playa del Guadalobón) and it is close to Estepona port with all its amenities. It is located slightly to the west of the main town but close by some of the bigger hotels in Beverly Hills.

If you walk down to the beach, and head east you come across the great Playa del Cristo beach with some nice beach bars. This is espcially suited for young children as it has a shallow depth of water. Continue walking and you will be in Estepona Port within a further five minutes.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front door and we would suggest that you consider getting a car for your stay here.

Compact 2 bed apartment in town centre

Accommodation

This small apartment is located in Estepona centre, only a 400m walk from the beach front. Built in 1960 and located in the Barriada Solis, one of the first working class neighbourhoods in Estepona, when Estepona was merely a few fishing houses and a very small town. 

It has been completely renovated in 2024 and is on the second floor. It has 44sq.meters, comprising of an open plan kitchen & living room with a lovely sofa, a large main bedroom with a king size bed, and a smaller second bedroom with bunk beds. Both share a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. 

The living room has a Smart TV and Air-conditioning and High speed Fiber Optic WIFI.

The kitchen has a fridge with small freezer, microwave/oven combo, and an induction hob cooker, crockery pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is also a coffee machine, a Kettle and a Toaster.

Please note: 

We are on the top floor and there is no lift 

Air conditioning is in the main living space only

There are no balconies

Location

For this property you don’t need a car as we are in the town center, only 400 meters  from the beach and 50 meters from the Mercadona supermarket, bakery , shops, restaurants and cafes are very close by. The old town is 550 meters with its beautiful old church and main shopping street. 

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20  minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 35 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 50 minutes.

The Albatross apartment has been decorated to a very high standard, it is near the beautiful Casares Beaches and overlooks Casares Golf. Its only 2 kilometers to the stunning beach and the luxury 5 star hotel Finca Cortesin & Golf, home to the Ryder Cup there are 4 golf courses in the approximate area.

A very sunny and spacious property , it has just been completely renovated and furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped, it is over 120 sq. meters and has nice peaceful views.

It has a large terrace with comfy furniture and al fresco dining for 6 people, it is very private. From this terrace you have ample space for sunbathing, and entertaining. It is South West facing so you can enjoy the sun all afternoon.

The apartment sleeps 5 adults, has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them is en-suite with a large walk in shower & a separate bath, the second bathroom has a bath. The bathrooms are furnished in marble with the top quality tiling and fittings.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles. All are very large and furnished to an exceptional standard with have ample walk in wardrobe space. We also have a comfortable foldable bed for a 5th adult.

The large brand new kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. There is a separate drying area with washing machine and airing facilities. The apartment is in a lovely quiet complex with lovely gardens as well as a many swimming pools only 1 minute walk away and is on a quiet street and very private.

The apartment enjoys 24 hour security on site, full air conditioning and heating.  The TV is 50’. We also have WiFi installed in the property. Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level ( we have our own underground parking ) straight up to the apartment. 

Location

A few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the beautiful village of Casares and Estepona whihch has many restaurants and cafes. Duquesa port is only 5 minutes away.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 25 minutes away and Malaga can be reached in 50 minutes.

We recommend a car for this property as it is on a hill, although there are a few beach restaurants bars nearby which are only a 10 minute walk away.

We had great days in this apartment. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished. It is very spacious and has a great shaded porch with beautiful views of the mountains. The complex with its community pools is really nice and quiet location. We still felt comfortable with our two kids (6 and 4). To reach the beaches and towns in the area a car is mandatory.

Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals Apartment – AL113

Modern First Floor Apartment with stunning views to the Lagoon

Recently furnished, this apartment is in Block 1, the nearest to the Lagoon, and enjoys all the commodities needed for a great vacation. The Lagoon is only a minutes walk away as is the lower swimming pool in the gardens.

Decorated with elegant and designer modern furniture. It can sleep 4 adult and a child has it has a brand new sofa bed. It has a very lovely terrace and stunning views over the Lagoon and to the sea. As its south facing it has sunshine all day.

The living room has a large white leather sofa, and a large flat screen LCD TV with Netflix and dining area with a glass and chrome table.

There are large sliding windows from which to enjoy the panoramic views. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dinning with an outside a dining area that can seat up to 6 people.

The 2 en-suite bedrooms are brand new and recently decorated. With beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin bed and a separate bathroom for its own use. 

The brand new, beautifully designed open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances, oven & microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, washing machine & dishwasher. There is underground parking and a lift that goes straight up to the apartment.

El apartamento está muy bien, es cómodo y está cuidado. Con una terraza muy agradable y fresquita para cenar. Tiene una buena piscina con muy poca gente. Una alegría estar allí. Desde el apartamento llegas caminando a la laguna en dos minutos. Un sitio muy recomendable para descansar y si quieres salir de la urbanización, en 3 kms tienes de todo.
