Our top floor apartment has just been renovated and is located 50 meters from the beach and the brand new pedestrianized promenade. Located between the port and the beautiful old town of Estepona, which is only a 5 minute walk. The port can also be easily reached by foot in under 10 minutes. 

It has a nice living room and dining area, with a terrace and a brand new kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed with shutters for privacy and a balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a large single bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower. 

If you are travelling by car, as the area is pedestrianized, please ask us so we can recommend where to park a few minutes away.

Facilities

Fully Airconditioned, Wifi and smart TV and the brand new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home stay. 

There is a lift that goes straight up to the apartment.

Situated adjacent to the newly built pedestrianised paseo and cultural centre on the seafront in the heart of Estepona town

The area has many beach restaurants and shops, bakeries, grocery shops and all the amenities are very close by. As this property is so central, you do not need a car.
