Our unique luxury apartment is in the Alcazaba Lagoon resort, by the first Crystal Clear Lagoon in Europe. Just completed in 2022, this is one of the most beautiful apartments at Alcazaba Lagoon. It`s an outstanding property, situated in the new phase overlooking the sea, pool and the tranquil mountains; from the beautiful terrace you will be able to watch the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains in a setting that will take your breath away

This modern ground 1st floor apartment is in block 15, and is decorated with exquisite elegant and carefully selected antiques pieces and art. It can sleep 4 adults. All the furniture is very high quality and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The terrace has lovely views overlooking the resort of Alcazaba Lagoon and its gardens and pools.

It has 2 bedrooms with high quality beds and linens, one a master double with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedded room with another bathroom both have walk in showers.

It has a brand new stunning fully equipped state of the art open kitchen with high end appliances, oven & fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.  It has a lift so its easily accessible for older persons.

The complex has a beautiful garden and a very large pool & sunchairs for the exclusive use of residents and guests. The pool is only a 2 minute walk.

Surrounded by nature and the proximity of the Lagoon to the golf course and beaches makes it ideal for golfers and nature lovers. It is the perfect place to relax.

We also have high speed Wi-Fi installed in the property.  There is plenty of parking in front of the house and a lift from the ground floor up to the apartment .

Location

Located 4,4 kilometers from the A7 and supermarkets in restaurants, it’s a 12 minute drive to Estepona Port and old town. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 35 minutes by car. Gibraltar airport is 35 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached in 55 minutes. 

Please note: We cannot accept children under 15yrs in this apartment. Minimum booking is 10 nights.
