Modernly furnished, this apartment in Block 1, the nearest to the Lagoon, and enjoys all the facilities needed for a great vacation. It is a corner apartment so has 2 terrace areas. The Lagoon is only a minute’s walk away as is the lower swimming pool in the gardens. 

Decorated with elegant and designer modern furniture. It can sleep 4 adults. It has a very lovely terrace and stunning views over the garden. As it’s south west facing it has sunshine all day. 

The living room has a large white leather sofa, and a large flat screen LCD TV with Netflix and dining area.

There are large sliding windows from which to enjoy the views. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dining with an outside dining area that can seat up to 4 people and has 2 sun loungers. 

The 2 en-suite bedrooms are brand new and recently decorated, with beautiful linens and super comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin bed and a separate bathroom with a walk in shower for its own use.  

Facilities

The apartment has high speed WiFi , a smart 50″ TV with Netflix.

The brand new, beautifully designed open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all high end appliances, oven & microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, washing machine & dishwasher.

Additionally, there are lifts in the building that go from the garage level (we have our own underground parking) straight up to the apartment.
